I chose this neighborhood because it offers something rare - true beachfront living with everything still within walking distance. Relaxing beachfront access without the party atmosphere that some beach towns attract.
It’s walkable, welcoming, and relaxed. You’ll see neighbors walking dogs, people heading out for coffee, and couples enjoying sunset strolls.
What I appreciate most is that the neighborhood maintains a peaceful, residential feel while still being close to everything you need.
