We had a wonderful stay at this Long Beach rental! The location was super convenient, the place was perfect, and it comfortably fit everyone in our group. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay again! Families with children would def enjoy all the games and fun amenaties this place has to offer.

Easy to find and close to everything. The place could use a little work but it was super clean, which is what really matters. My kids had fun with the games and the tv is giant. The couch is comfy. Parking on the street is a joke but that’s California for you.

The house was fine, but it was on a busy street. The garage was small and did not fit either of the cars we had and the door locks were about a foot off the ground and hard to access. The biggest issue with the stay was that we found and killed multiple cockroaches while there.

No hot water for the e tire stay and noisy neighbourhood

First of all, I do appreciate the property management’s prompt response when there was battery issue at the digital door lock. However, there are too many red flags of this property. The Interior is decent and we are happy with it. The exterior of the property was not included in the posting. it is sketchy and poorly maintained. Loud traffic noises from the street are constant throughout the day and still frequent at night. The worst is that there was no hot water for the entire stay as there was issues with gas line. The property management did give me 30% refund when they promised it would only be one night of no hot water. When they disclosed that there would be no hot water for the entire stay, I was not happy and requested further refund. They only offered me additional 5% discount and did not even refund me. This is my first time ever using VRBO. I am disappointed at this posting by VRBO and my awful experience with this property.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! Easy access to everything. Gerardo was a great host, super quick to respond. The house was super cute. We would definitely stay here again!
