This beautifully remodelled home is located on beautiful Island Lake in Mason County. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the private beach, outdoor spaces, bass or trout fishing and water activities in this natural spring fed lake. You can swim, ski, boat, and fish in the lake. After daily excursions, return home for tranquil sunsets, watch eagles fly, enjoy the lake, or cozy up with loved ones. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is well-appointed with all the comforts of home, including BBQ, WiFi and cable TV.

Master Bedroom: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds | Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa. Included in this newly remodeled home is a fully equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, BBQ, A/C, flat screen TV's, washer dryer and free parking.

The home has a large private lawn, multiple outdoor living spaces and a private beach for swimming or water activities.

*Moor your boat or fish for trout and bass.
*Use the kayaks and stand-up paddled boards available at the property for a leisurely paddle around the lake.
*Sit on the patio or beach and enjoy the sunsets.
*Watch eagles soar overhead and catch their meal in the lake.
*Head out to the detached garage for some additional fun activities!
Guests enjoy playing ping ping, football, frisbee golf, croquet, corn hole toss and many other fun activities at Island Lakehouse!

This home is the perfect home base for your Mason County adventures. Enjoy the walking/bicycle trail that surrounds Island Lake and connects to additional paths. Within walking distance is a woodsy trail that connects to a disk golf park. Public boat launch is close by. Within 2 miles are two disk golf parks, a Fred Meyer grocery store, WalMart, YMCA, Mason General Hospital, and numerous convenience stores and restaurants. Nearby attractions are Hood Canal, Lake Cushman, Olympic National Park and numerous parks. Home is close to the Lake Cushman, Hood Canal, The Ridge Motor Sports Park and SkyDive Kapowsin. Stop by Taylor Shellfish (Shelton) or Hama Hama Farm Store (Lilliwaup) and enjoy fresh oysters, clams, or mussels harvested here in Mason County. Visit Hunter Farms (Union) and enjoy locally made Olympic Mountain ice cream (year round), farm fresh corn and produce (August-October), the pumpkin patch (October) or the greenhouses (May and June). Dine at the world class AlderBrook Resort or friendly local restaurants.

Perfect Spot For Couples or Family

Wonderful well appointed & clean home. Beautiful lake location. We were gifted with one sunset over the lake, which was beautiful. Really nice touches with the coffee & snack tray. Had a little trouble connecting to WiFi but the prop mgr & owner were very responsive & was connected within minutes of contact. I highly recommend this charming Lake House.

Great Lake house for rest and relaxation

This lake house is beautiful, spacious and clean. It has clear views of the lake from the most spaces in the home, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. We love to cook when we're on vacation and there were plenty of pots, pans, an instapot, coffee maker, coffee grinder, everything we needed to make thankgiving/birthday meals. There is a first aid kit in the laundry area which was helpful when someone who shall not be named cut themselves. Beds were comfortable. My sisters and best friend had such a great time I added an extra 2 days to our stay. The area is in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 min drive to Walmart and Fred Meyers where we stocked up on food. There were fresh flowers on the counter along with a a new bag of coffee beans, snacks and WINE!! Such a nice touch! Kelli was so accomodating and quick to respond when I asked for extra days to celebrate my sister's birthday. Our birthdays are 5 days apart. Book this place! You won't be disappointed.

Our Awesome experience staying at the Lake House.

I would highly recommend this property. It’s very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything we need without making too many trips to the market. The views are gorgeous and beautiful. There are many activities around the property and some in the garage/storage location. More than enough kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the lake and the sunrise & sunset views. I’ve been staying at different property, and this property is so far the best. Thank you for the generous and awesome hospitality.

Excellent Customer Service

We arrived with our electric car assuming there might be a plug outside to charge the car. Unfortunately, there wasn't one. However, we messaged Kelli, and the very next day an electrician showed up and put and outlet. Problem solved within 12 hours! Also, the house itself is very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood (other than the boats in the lake on nice days).

Enjoyed out stay at the Island Lake house. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood and great sunset views.

Love at the lake

We just stayed in Shelton this month, August 2021, and had a lovely time. The house is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful setting right on the lake. Having The kayaks there was fantastic and super convenient. We recommend having shoes to wear down on the beach and in the water, as there are definitely some sharp objects around. We cleaned up all we could find. Highly recommend!

Lake fun

Beautiful clean property with everything you need to enjoying the lake. We loved the tic tac toe board. The only thing missing was extra wash clothes, dish towels and a first aid kit.
