This studio condo is located in Bahia Suites, which is gated and is located above la Madera beach.
The studio was recently updated, including a new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. You will be able to make meals if you decide to stay in. It has air conditioning, a queen size bed and sitting area for you to get comfortable when not at the pool or beach.
The views from the pool are so amazingly beautiful of the bay & la Madera beach is just below the building with La Ropa Beach and town within easy walking distance. It is a great place for guests to make lasting friendships with other vacationers and owners.
Shopping and restaurants are a short walk away.

Accomodating host, room had no views as expected for the price, and a little noisy early in the morning with delivery trucks. Good central location but a very steep one block climb. Pool had nice but limited views of the harbour. Overall very good place for the price.

The stay was great The people on the premises were wonderful 72 steps from madera beach good exercise the room was good the swimming pool was close only 1 thing in the early am it gets a little noisy for a light sleeper

Very nice

Overall the studio was as described, it was clean and comfortable as well as well equipped. Carmen, the property manager, was excellent...The security staff were excellent. The only minor complaint is that the apartment gets quite a bit of street noise as it is right off the street, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Airless Hole

A misleading description and photographs give the impression that the unit is off a breezy passageway leading down to the pool when in fact it is off the lobby with 4 slit windows onto a busy, dirty, noisy street. The furniture needs to be replaced (uncomfortable with ripped upholstery) as do the threadbare towels. The manager, Carmen, was as helpful as she could be, replacing pitiful cutlery, procuring a toaster and recommending restaurants. I would certainly not recommend this unit to anyone unless I disliked them intensely. For what you get it is overpriced and is certainly not value for money.

I am so sorry you were disappointed with the condo. I have been in contact with Carmen and she will be checking on the issues. I was there in October and checked on it and everything looked well. As for the small windows, most people use the air conditioner and fan in the room. I will be there shortly to stay in the condo and will see what needs to be addressed. Sorry again that you were disappointed.
