The property was stunning. We enjoyed the area and the closeness to the beach. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore Del Coco. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive.

Wonderful Stay

My family stayed at the Pacifico for 16 nights and loved every minute! The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pools are amazing and the food at the poolside grill was delish.

The location of the condo was great, although further from the Beach Club than expected. A golf cart or car is certainly very handy to have - we loved the golf cart.A few suggestions for improvement - some shelves and hooks in the master closet would be useful, as not many places to put away clothes.More detailed instructions on the condo complex would be useful - a map of complex in advance, instructions about garbage disposal, how to use TV, pool rules ( taking away your towel and belongings if you haven't been there for 15 mintues), all would have been helpful to know in advance. But beautiful complex all round. Great place to stay.

Thank you for your 5* review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful setting and convenient location within the community. Thank you for the helpful suggestions as well — we do provide a digital welcome guide with maps, property details, and helpful information to make navigating the complex easy, and we’ll continue looking for ways to make that even more user-friendly.

Relaxing getaway

Thoroughly satisfied with the condo. Great vacation experience. Rich Coast was prompt with any and all of our correspondence, questions and needs. So much that we booked for the next year vacation before we left.

Excellent Stay

The Condo was great and had everything we needed for a week long stay including beach towels. 3rd floor walkup, be careful on the slippery tile steps. The Pacifico complex is beautifully maintained and great for relaxing. About a 5 minute walk to the Grocery Store and about 15 minutes to Coco Beach. Hosts were great and incredibly responsive!

Thomas, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We've never had an issue with the steps but, depending on your footwear, some surfaces can be slippery. We have sent your comment along the development as well. :) Pura Vida!

Great stay in playa coco

This was my 8 time traveling to Costa Rica, and Coco Beach is absolutely one of my favorite spots! Pacafico is a great place to stay, Very safe and great amities. This condo was nice close enough to the beach and walking distance to the grocery store. I am lucky enough to travel a fair amount and stay and quite a few VRBO’s. Would be nice if they had a folder that had info about the town. Being I have been to coco 6 times, and have multiple locals we have become friends with getting around for us has become like home! I just think a folder with restaurants, activities, map of the town would be helpful. Pura vida

David, thanks for your feedback. Rather than paper documents that require constant updating, we have moved to an online custom map that has our fave restaurants, grocery stores, medical centers and local beaches. Hopefully this will be helpful during a future stay! Pura Vida!

Overall a very nice facility and apartment unit. Beautiful complex with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Conveniently located on the main strip without affecting the quiet environment. Property manager was very quick to communicate beforehand and during with any questions. Inside the unit, owner has left many amenities that made a week stay practical for a family of adults. This unit however, could use a refresh. Bathmats are worn thin, threading and were not clean. Peeling laminate coverings on cabinets, dull knives, stained plastic cutting board that is 'fuzzy' from too much use. The teflon is peeling on skillets and sheet pans were rusted. No one expects 'top of the line' in a rental, but these items and a few others were past their prime and safe usage. The cleaning service used by the property manager does not do a thorough job. If you drop something on the floor under the bed or behind a table, expect to pick it up covered in dust or hair. Visible finger prints on all light switches, appliances, etc. The hand and dish soap are watery, overfilled and bottles were sticky. It's just obvious they swap out the linens do a little spot cleaning. Cushions on patio furniture need cleaned and repaired. The birds have picked apart the edge of one cushion. I turned it around to minimize their access. Plastic folding patio table and chairs are worn and starting to crack. Overall though, it was a nice stay and we would consider again.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the complex, amenities, location, and that our team’s communication helped make your stay comfortable. We appreciate you pointing out the items inside the unit that could use attention. Several of the things you mentioned — including kitchenware, bathmats, and patio furnishings — are already being reviewed so they can be replaced or refreshed as needed. Your comments about cleanliness are also taken seriously, and we’ve shared this feedback directly with our cleaning team to ensure higher consistency and more thorough attention to detail moving forward. We’re happy to know you still had an overall positive stay and would consider returning. Feedback like this helps us continue improving both the unit and the guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention.

Pacifico at Playa del Coco

Very pleased with this 3 Bedroom corner unit overlooking one of the pools. Condo complex has great amenities, including 3 pools, poolside bar, access to the Pacifico Beach Club and is walking distance to groceries and pharmacy. Two very good restaurants at entrance to complex.
