Beautiful and fun trip

My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were notified that our original booking had to be changed due to delayed renovations on the originally booked property. We were bumped from a two bedroom to a large 3 bedroom corner unit that overlooked the pool. Very happy with the accommodations, our local contact (Jennifer Campos) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Completely enjoyed our stay and looking forward to doing it again soon!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, the property was awesome. If you things would have to be upgraded as in dishwasher. The driers timer isn’t working properly, At times it continues drying after the limit. Otherwise everything was perfect. The stove should be looked at , some burners are extremely slow. Thank you

Overall- Pacifico is a nice complex, our unit was overall very nice aside from the things listed below. AC - they don't let you adjust it. They say they keep it at 75, felt much hotter at night. We complained and were then told we could put it at 71 at night - that would work for us. Only we lost power and the thermostat had a screen we couldn't get out of to change the temperature. Then we were told the owner changed it to 70. That would have been fine, but we came back at almost 10pm and it was 77! It got better as the week went on, but it was a pain to deal with. Beds - very hard! They have pillow tops but they sink right down and feel like sleeping on a wood plank. They don't have blackout curtains, so it gets light in the rooms early. Couch- sinks a ton when you sit, not too comfortable (we are thin people, so it wasn't due to weight). The other wooden chairs and tables are very nice. Kitchen - well stocked with pans etc, but the counters needed to be cleaned prior to guests arriving. The fridge has a broken piece on one shelf, it still works, just be careful. Free shuttle - difficult to get the schedule, we just wanted to take it to the beach (we didn't want to use the beach club). First they said it changes weekly and they didn't have it, then we needed a reservation, but finally they gave us the schedule. What a hassle. Location - good, easy walk to Coco Beach restaurants. Coco Beach is ok, but surrounding beaches are nicer. Pools - very nice, with a big

Well appointed kitchen although the appliances are getting old.We dealt with William Navarro and I can't say enough good things about this young man. Very responsive and so helpful. Our ONLY criticism is the bath towels were getting pretty ragged. If we rent next year I will bring some to donate to the condo.

Great Experience at Playa Del Coco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Coco in the Pacifico Condominium was memorable in a positive way. The condo is well located just far enough off the main road not to hear any noise. The unit's air conditioning worked beautifully and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything needed in the unit was there when we arrived.The area was secure and kept so by a security team. It was also kept beautiful by a large team of landscapers.Our favorite restaurant was Feather Rooster located in the next town but worth the trip. It was one of three restaurants we enjoyed on the beach. Not a bad meal in town, but a wide range of choices.Our agent knew the unit and the area and was very helpful.We took an all day adventure tour with Marco Tours. Marco was terrific and picked out the tour and was our guide. Highly recommend him and our tour to Borinquen Mtn and Spa.All five family members in our group loved the vacation and happily recommend all that I mentioned above. Have a great time............

Amazing property near the beach

Pacifico Complex is walking distance from the beach, restaurants and a nice grocery store. The complex has multiple pools, a lap pool and jacuzzi. The unit is perfect for a family, clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen is well equipped for all you necessities during the stay. PEXs service was incredible, Jennifer was always available for any questions we had.
