Dear Fiona, thank you very much for your review, just a few details to clarify: - there are only two webcams (as detailed on each web page), one facing the main entrance and one facing the garden entrance. - as you rented a vacation rental without a cleaning service, we provide 2 full sets of towels per person and 2 full sets of linens for each bed. when you replace the first set you have at your disposal a laundry for only 0.50 USD per kg just 100 meters away. - each bathroom has a clothesline - of course we offer an extra cleaning service that you had the option to buy for just one day or for the whole stay... unfortunately you never asked for it In any case it was a pleasure to have you as guests. Dear Madame unfortunately we're not able to share pictures of the house status after your check out ... will be available for all those who request it. At your arrival we provided 40 Lt drinkable water more 80 Lt extra, 16 rolls toilet paper, soap and dish soap, new dish sponge, kitchen towels, 24 pool towels, 24 shower towels and 24 face towels. Of course hot and cold water in all bathrooms. Usually we don't provide blankets due to de high temperatures all year. After your check out we wasn't able to find: 4 Pool towels disappeared 6 Shower towels disappeared 4 Facial Towels disappeared 2 Blue pillow cover and 1 sheet disappeared 1 Grey pillow cover disappeared We found instead: Some unusable stained towels (Pictures available) already thrown away Many Scratched walls (Pictures available) All ac left turned on and fixed to 16 Celsius degrees The status of the property was disgusting, walking one remained attached to the ground. (Pictures available) Something unspeakable and smelly poured and left into the fridge and all around the kitchen that's why bugs. (Pictures available) Cameras are just looking to the main entrance for YOUR security and you would have been able to disconnect just by pulling the plug. For security reasons unauthorised person are not allowed to enter the area and you was unauthorised to share your entrance pass with unknown people that's why we have been ticketed. About the shop it is located just 150 mt. far from the building in a gated and very safe walking area, provided that someone does not allow strangers access by sharing the entry pass. Fortunately, security has realized your wrongdoing. For your information all of our properties are cleaned, checked and sanitized 24 hours before guests check in .....
