2007年に完全に改装された1750平方フィートのビーチハウスは、Santa Cruzから約12マイル南のAptos＆Seascape Resortのすぐ南に位置しています。 パノラマのオーシャンビューと15マイルの砂浜を提供しています。 あなたはコーヒーを楽しんで、イルカとサーファーを見て、あなたのデッキから日没を見ることができます。 ビーチに直接アクセスでき、キャンプファイヤーは午後10時まで許可されます。

花崗岩とステンレスのグルメキッチンには、調理器具やステープル（スパイス、オイルなど）が豊富に揃っています。
豊富な紙製品（ペーパータオル、トイレットペーパー）も供給されています。 2台のバスルームにあるヘアドライヤー。

We love this retreat on the beach! You walk out the door, down the steps and you’re on the sand. Beautiful views from the balcony, which is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee. The beds are comfortable. There’s lots of room to spread out for conversation and games. We have come at at least six times and will be back!

I love this house. Beautiful views of the ocean. All the amenities you need everything you need to make a nice meal. The host Beth Anne was amazing. My second time there.

Perfect beach house get away!!! Right on the beach!!! It’s a less crowded beach too which is also perfect, and you can walk forever on the beach in both directions The house is close to everything with a few minutes drive, but quiet because it’s on a private street! The house itself was great too! Kitchen had everything we needed! Bed was comfortable too! Three levels with bathrooms on each level and views of the ocean on each level. The deck overlooking the ocean was my favorite spot!!!! !. Host Beth Ann was the best, super helpful and responsive.( not that anything was wrong, I just had a few questions ). I would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

First, the location is amazing! The weather was exceptional for January and we enjoyed many walks on the beach. There is nothing like going to sleep listening to the ocean. The host reached out to me a few days prior with details of the house and stay and was very responsive. The property is very comfortable, with plenty of kitchen and bedroom space. Everything was clean and updated.

Check in was simple, great kitchen, living space is spacious, comfortable and gives you direct access to the balcony and amazing beach, ocean and sky views. This is our 5th year and we’re planning on going back again next year. We love this home and location!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing experience and we were able to spend quality time with the family in this beautiful house. The view is absolutely stunning and we also saw dolphins from the deck which was also a big plus.

Oceanfront property review.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Access was quick and easy and the property was ready for our visit. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the lovely sunsets it presented

Always love coming here!

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s our annual anniversary trip with our family and the layout is perfect for groups!! Easy access to the beach and the owners are always very accommodating!!

It was a nice beach house. I rent beach houses once a year I pick good locations like this. The beachy decor gives a great atmosphere. The set up in the kitchen was very good quality. We loved it got fabulous pictures of my son and his 11 month old daughter. I won’t see them for a year. So it was perfect family time.
My Son and Granddaughter. I chose this place to get private quiet family time as I won’t see them for a year.
Last year we sent my brother who died out to sea. We did a memorial.

Very responsive host, beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen. Perfect floor plan for 7 adults. Lots of games. Central living area. It was wonderful to just go outside and walk along the beach. Rainy but with enough sunny time to get outside. Best place to start 2026! We would definitely return. Many thanks to the hosts!
