Beautiful beachfront stay!

Our group loved our stay at Ocean Perch! The only downside we had was that the check in process was at a different location than the house itself, making the process somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise, everything about our stay was superb!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Spring break with the family couldn’t have been better! This condo is fabulous! Ocean views are spectacular, and it’s great that all three levels are finished so nicely. We will be back for sure!

Every day a beautiful sunset

The house is ideally located above a part of the beach with very little foot traffic—with easy access to it from the house. Each level of the 3 levels has special views of the ocean which made the sunsets spectacular no matter where you were in the house . Once we figured out the heating situation, it was a cozy & pleasant stay. We enjoyed being right there, just above the beach.

Wonderful beach house petfect for a family

The house is even nicer than we expected. Both upstairs bedrooms have beautiful bay windows facing the ocean. Each of the three floors has a full bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped.

Beach Vacation

We had a great time staying at the Ocean Perch house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was good. The gas grill does take awhile to heat up. But overall we will definitely stay there again.

there were dirty coffee grounds in coffee maker upon arrival. Going to offsite location to get keys and especially to return them was inconvenient. we were not going in that direction. I think saying there's room for 6 is stretching it. Room for 4 to sit and watch Tv or fire. The absolute best is location and view of beach and beach access. Not wanting to be negative but for the price not impressed.

Excellent Location but Disappointing Upkeep

The location could not have been better - RIGHT on the beach!! Dealing with the property management firm was disappointing - both in paying for the rental as well as picking up the key (not left in lock box as instructed it would be). In addition, there were many items at the property that clearly were not maintained (downstairs no hot water in shower, flickering light in bathroom on main floor which made using that bathroom extremely uncomfortable - husband brought in standing floor lamp for me to use while showering; and other lights in that bathroom didn't work at all, as well as no towels in that bathroom at all, and more small issues that appeared that management firm not attending to unit).
