Are you looking for a large, open floorplan for your family or golf group? Sandy Bobcat would be the perfect vacation destination located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach! This 6-bedroom, 6 bath home has plenty of space to enjoy time together fixing home cooked meals, playing board games or watching a movie. Each bedroom has its own bathroom along with large closets. The first floor features a kitchenette, living area with TV, washer/dryer and 4 bedrooms. The upstairs has a beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family, a sitting area, large family room and the remaining two bedrooms

Wake up enjoying your coffee with gorgeous views from one of the two balconies. Then, head across the street to enjoy endless days on the beach. Spend the afternoon lounging by the pool, laying in the hammock, or cooking out on the grill. Sandy Bobcat has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. You are a short drive or walk away from fishing, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and all Myrtle Beach has to offer. Managed by Beachy Keen Vacations.

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age via ID, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

This was a great stay! My family came for a week stay at Myrtle beach and we had a wonderful time. The house is as described, the pool was great, very close proximity to the beach, and the property owner was great. No issues whatsoever!

Great property!

I coach an 11 year old boys soccer team and a few families and I stayed here for the weekend and its was perfect. Beds were super comfy, the pool was perfect and amazing outdoor seating for eating dinner and stuff and the main level has a massive table that everyone could sit at for dinner and breakfast. Great property, would highly recommend!

My siblings and I had a wonderful time here. The house was just right. My only suggestion would be to purchase more coffee mugs as we kept running out. I would recommend this home!

Beach house

My family and I were going to the beach for my daughters birthday. We were conveniently located right by the beach, so that was a plus. We also enjoyed the pool during the day when we were not out. The house was very clean, new and had everything you need in a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, trip was interrupted by Hurricane Debbie. The host was very proactive in letting us know of the potential flooding of the area and allowed up to leave early. Appreciate the warning.

Enjoyed the beach house and our visit overall. I am still looking for the security deposit refund. The contract stated about 7 days but it is now 11 days out. We left it pretty much spotless.

Family vacation

Stacie was very prompt with getting us an early check in and was readily available for any questions prior too and during our stay. The property was very comfortable for 17 people . Five couples and 7 grandchildren. Large kitchen to cook meals with extra long table for everyone to sit at one time. The pool was nice and was tested twice during our week stay. Enjoyed the shaded area under the house too with ample amount of chairs and tables for cookout. The elevator was a plus in unloading personal belongings and groceries. The beach was within a very short walk and was patrolled by life guards. This property exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it for a large family

Family Beach Vacation

Loved staying at this house. Great space for our family. Plenty of open spaces for large dinners and hanging out together. Awesome location, beach just across the street. The pool was very nice, perfect for the younger kids in our group. Grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely visit again.

This house is literally across the street from the beach. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and is very clean and homey. I would highly recommend staying in this home. We travel quite a bit and this has been one of our favorite houses to stay in especially with such a big party.

The house is good,

The house is good, well located and spacious. The elevator is just decoration and impossible opera, the cleaning of the house is terrible, the stairs and under the beds, full of dust and sand if you have allergies I don't recommend.

Very nice accommodation close to the beach. Pool area very nice. Nice furnishings - Ad info states it sleeps 20 - there were not 20 dinner plates available. The linen service is suspect - a bag of dirty linen (from previous occupant??) was left by door - not picked up. Elevator worked great.. Did not see a current inspection report for it. Detailed instructions re the working of the doors might prevent issues for other renters. Not closing folding door can create problems.

Family Vacation

Very pretty, clean, recently renovated house with easy beach access. Teresa, our host, was very nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies and mattresses very comfortable. However, house not totally ready for rental. No typed instructions for garbage day, how to operate tv, kitchen appliances, etc. Main reason we rented house was elevator for 93 yr old Mother and 70+ yr old other adults. When we arrived, elevator locked and not working. Teresa tried but unable to find a repairman in area. After 4 hrs in sun, called fire dpt. to carry Mother in to house. Rest of us (70 yrs old)had to walk up &down stairs carrying in everything. Sunday afternoon repairman reset an elevator short, so full 24 hours before could go in & out the house. Off and on all week, elevator continued to have problems. Teresa did offer a hotel room for Mother and a caregiver. Also, the owner gave us some refund for the inconvenience. Secondly, only one TV worked, and had VERY limited channels! Teresa sent over 4 new TVs, but could only stream. Would not have even known how to do that if granddaughter had not used her account and explained it to us. Website very misleading about that. Loved the large open living area upstairs with large eating table! Plenty of sofas and space for games, talking, reading, etc. The space under house was great - shady, a pool with toys, , hammock, grill, swing, and picnic table. Back to elevator- instructions are Inside elevator only which are no help when cannot get into elevator. Need to have a keypad under house on elevator instead of deadbolt lock, or provide a key. Also, reset button and instructions need to be downstairs in house, not in attic crawl space unless you provide a 10 ft ladder to get into space. If we were assured that elevator problems, tv issues, operational instructions, etc were fixed, we would rent this house again.
