Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. There are a couple uneven steps between the main house and the guest house Additionally, there is Internet with included Wifi, a Smart TV in the main house and guest house. There is fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove over oven in the main house .

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. The property itself was very clean and we had everything we needed. Todd was communicative and helpful.The close proximity to the courthouse square was so convenient as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Also having the separate guesthouse was so nice and allowed us to have privacy from my in-laws who we traveled with :).

Everything was perfect! Close to town square. Walked our dog there every day. The additional unit was wonderful for our kids. Our second time staying and will be back again.

This place was wonderful! It was such a comfortable and inviting small home. Excited to come back with family to utilize both residences. Two blocks away from the courthouse which made it very conveniently located. Perfect place to stay if exploring Prescott is your goal!! We will definitely book again.

This is our third time staying here and it never disappoints. It's always clean, well stocked and a lovely neighborhood. Close to downtown and the Courthouse Square but still feels away from the bustle.The owner is very good with questions or concerns.

The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott. We really liked having a separate guest house for our family members who came for a night. The house is reasonably well equipped for light cooking. Our great granddaughters simply loved the loft in the guest house!

Definitely a historical home. Cutely appointed with some interesting curated items in the main house bedroom, on the bookshelves. Take a moment to peruse. The second adjacent dwelling is a little (more recent construction) studio, and was helpful to have a 2nd bathroom. Nice big main bedroom. Convenient location two blocks from the courthouse square, up the hill. The uneven walkway between the two houses may be difficult for some. The furniture in the main house is sparse and uncomfortable. All in all, a nice place to stay for a few days.

Smooth and easy check in and check out. Excellent location for walking to and from Downtown area. House is well stocked for all of your needs and the electric bbq grill worded out great! An added plus is the friendliness of the surrounding neighbors. Great neighborhood!We already rebooked for next year!

We loved this property. It was close to everything downtown has to offer. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for me, my husband, and adult son. Having the guest house for my son to stay in gave us the privacy we all appreciated and the togetherness to enjoy our vacation. Our host was great. He messaged to make sure all was well and quickly responded to any messages I sent. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This is a charming home in the beautiful Nob Hill neighborhood. It’s the perfect location to walk to Whiskey Row, the courthouse area and even to the Elks Theatre. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was so cute. The only thing I would mention is that it sits up on a hill that may be steep for some people who may be walking to and from the Courthouse. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed to work well within the home. Todd was responsive and handled checkin and checkout professionally. Good little place to stay in Prescott.

The place was really clean, cute and well maintained for a house in the historic registry. We really enjoyed our stay, only thing we would change was a better sleeping pad on the loft for the kids. We will rent again if we're in the area!

Location was very convenient. Excellent place for two couples to stay. Everything for the kitchen and the bath and any kind of cleanup, including laundry was available. Only thing we needed were groceries. We were blessed with watching a hummingbird build a nest under the eve of the main house out the kitchen window.
