"Charming and relaxing Cottage is walking distance to the Prescott downtown and courthouse square. You will love the location! This cozy gem is tucked back in one of Prescott's oldest neighborhoods on a quiet and conveniently 2 blocks from historic Whisky Row! Comfortable and fully equipped to suit your needs. This homey Cottage is perfect for your visit to America's Hometown!

**For larger groups- be sure to ask about booking the Coastal Casita as well! (located directly behind the cottage)

Parking:
- There are free public parking spots available in front of the Main house. There is also a gravel
lot available for parking between the Main house and the Carriage house. If parking in the
gravel lot, please pull in straight, allowing for another vehicle to park in the lot as well. This parking area is shared with the guests in the casita.

- Use extra caution when backing out of the gravel lot. There is a steep drop at the other side of
the street. Be sure to turn your vehicle so you don’t go over the steep drop.

-Please do not disturb the guests in the rear casita.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The pictures do not do this home justice. We stayed with 6 people and never felt like we were crowded. The beds are extremely comfortable and the couch is perfect for lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans. The host were very easy to communicate with. And our favorite was the short walk to whiskey row. If you are looking for a quiet get away, pick this house! I would absolutely stay here again

4 of us came up to get out of valley and we had such a wonderful time! Myself and one of the others had stayed once before and loved the house and location we planned a return trip with 2 others. Our two other friends kept saying how great the house was and that we could walk everywhere so was a hit with all! Thanks for sharing your home with us

Great home and location

We had a great stay with our friends for New Year’s Eve. It was perfect for 3 couples and had all the amenities needed and extra! Location is perfect for visiting downtown, just a quick 5 minute walk. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

Mini family reunion in Prescott was enhanced by the charm and convenience of the house! The location was perfect! Very close to everything and still quiet. We found the house very comfortable, well appointed, and all instructions very clear and useful! I would absolutely stay here again!

"We had a great stay. The bathrooms were a bit inconvenient. One was located behind the kitchen and the other was up 3 stairs. I guess you have to expect some quirks with an older property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were a bit too soft for my taste."

Fun girls trip

Our group of 4 was visiting Prescott for a friend’s wedding. This house was perfect for us. It was the perfect size and it was super clean and well-kept. It was within easy walking distance of whiskey row and the granite creek trail. The check-out process was one of the easiest I’ve experienced. Thanks so much for the stay!

Charming Craftsman Home near Whiskey Row

Great home with excellent walkability to downtown Prescott. We also rented to casita in the back. Cute home that is well appointed with a well stocked kitchen.
