Enjoy Coastal Living on the lake! Lovely two-story townhouse boasts captivating views over a sparkling lake centrally located within the oceanfront community of Litchfield by the Sea. Enjoy the comfy cozy screened porch and full-length sundeck with access points from the common areas as well as from the main floor primary bedroom suite. Two more bedrooms and full bath are located on the top floor with a day bed comfortably tucked in on the stairwell landing. Private community pool and beach access are an easy walk away.

Micro-communities of residential homes blend with townhomes and low to mid-rise condo complexes, each boasting their own architectural style, signature outdoor pool and water views.
Common areas offer residents and guests alike access to outdoor lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers on the lake and saltmarsh, winding walking and biking paths and private direct access to one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
