The townhouse was spacious and comfortable especially with 4 teenagers. The resort was just a drive down the hill. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would highly recommend this townhouse.

We greatly enjoyed our time staying here. It is close to restaurants, easy highway access and white mountain attractions. The beds were so comfortable, the water pressure was amazing and the home had anything and everything we needed.

Family Ski Getaway

Very clean, spacious and well-stocked condo. We have stayed many places in and around Loon, and this was absolutely the best. It was lovely.

weekend getaway

Cute property but felt a little cramped for our family of 10. The walls to the connecting unit are paper thin and we could clearly hear their conversations and kept many people awake until the early hours of the next morning, for that we would not rent again. We spoke to the neighbors and they were better the next night, but we could still clearly hear them.

Loved it!

We stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days with family, 3 couples two teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful deck with a grill, comfortable rooms and beds. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the community pools and hot tubs. The location is excellent. We enjoyed hanging out together in the spacious living rooms. The owner was very responsive with questions. We were all so sad to leave.

It was a nice place to stay. Quiet. The stairs were a little weird to navigate so we had to keep the child away, which is hard because they are in the middle of the house.

Excellent stay! Great for multiple families

We had a fantastic time and loved this condo. It was clean and very well stocked upon arrival with plenty of linens, toilet paper, pool towels, etc. The room set up was perfect for our two family group. After entering the split level condo in a mudroom, you can go downstairs to a living room with wet bar area, which also connects to two bedrooms (1 K, 1Q). This area has a full bathroom. Upstairs is a nicely decorated living room with a dining table and kitchen. Off the living room is a small porch with a grill, with views of Loon Mountain. We didn't spend much time out here because the weather was cold, but our kids loved watching them make snow on the mountain. This floor also has a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom does have an entrance to the main area, which could be a pro or con, depending how you look at it. It was fine for our group! Up a set of stairs from the main floor is another 1/2 bathroom, a loft with twin over full bunk plus another twin bed, and a second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The stairs up to these two rooms are quite steep, but again ok for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

So cozy and perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain!

We absolutely loved staying at this spot!! Everything was extremely clean, updated, and cozy. The location to Loon is top notch, less than a 5 min drive to the mountain. The updates in the house (mirrors that play music, top of the line appliances, mattresses and pillows that feel like 5 star resort quality) made our time relaxing after a few days of snowboarding really appreciated! Would 100% recommend staying here for a family or group of friends!

Wonderful Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo for our ski vacation. We stayed with another family who also has 2 teens. There was plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the lower level living area as us adults enjoyed the main level living area. The condo is just down the road from Loon Mountain. We will definitely be interested in staying here again!

Great ski vacation!

This condo was PERFECT for 2 families! It had just the right amount of space ! We had 4 adults and 5 kids ( ages 12-14). The condo was nicely decorated and felt cozy. We loved the smart mirrors in the bathroom as we played music as we got ready. The kids had there own space in the lower level living room. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a short drive to Loon Mountain… probably less than a mile. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade in the community building after skiing all day. The property owner was kind and answered all our questions. We had a small problem with the shower handle and he sent someone over to fix it. My only regret is not staying longer here! We will definitely stay here again!

Not as described!!

This property was not as described. When selecting the property I selected A/C. There was none. With the temperature being 90 degrees- it was unbearable!! Very disappointed with the whole experience with this rental.

Roomy and well equipped rental

This rental unit was well equipped with cooking and entertainment for a wonderful stay. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and homey. Sleeping quarters were plentiful and nice choices for children to use bunks or twin beds.

Fabulous, lovely & spacious townhouse condo

Perfect for a girls weekend! I highly recommend this property. This is a well cared for, multi level condo in Loon Mountain Resort. Each bedroom and the common areas are very spacious; and each room is thought out well for comfort and convenience. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out on multiple levels which was terrific for a little extra space and privacy. The photos of the condo were great, but we were even more impressed seeing it in person!

Amazing, Comfortable Ski Townhome

I stayed here with my son for a long ski weekend in January and we were really happy with the accommodations. The home was very clean and had updated amenities and supplies - everything from the appliances to linens were nicer than 90% of most ski rentals. There is plenty of space for multiple families as it is essentially a two-family home (lower level has a nice kitchenette). Once the heaters kick in the temperatures are plenty warm. The "bunk room" is open to the kitchen and main living area so, if traveling with kids, tv watching/games/activities might need to happen in the lower living room; not a complaint just something to be aware of is all. Loon Mountain is just 2 mins away and restaurants, shops, etc. are only about 5 mins away. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent location

The place is very nice, very updated, comfortable furniture and beds. Well equipped with all appliances you need to make you feel right at home. Our only disappointment is we didn’t feel the place was very clean, especially for the times we live in. I was told the house would be completely sanitized and it didn’t look/feel like it.
