Note, this unit does not have air conditioning, but does have some nice ocean breezes year round and ceiling fans throughout For land lovers, Alii Drive just outside the complex is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.

Don’t pass this one up
Lovely rental space with spectacular lanai Ocean view. Well stocked, very clean, great location to Kona. We had a wonderful stay of four days.

Perfect lanai views
We had a great stay at this rental. The location was excellent for heading into Kailua-Kona (~20 min. walk downtown) or elsewhere on the island. The sound of the surf is ever present, and it was lovely to have coffee or dinner on the lanai. We saw outriggers on the water everyday and spotted dolphins a few times. The bedrooms were quiet & gave 2 couples enough privacy. Plenty of fans to cool the rooms down.
The place was well stocked with cooking items, linens, and beach items (including beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards). We never had a problem with parking. Great to have the washer & dryer in the unit. Checking in and out and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Really great rental.
