Perfect Pickwick Getaway!

We had a family reunion nearby and this was the perfect place for our family of 4 to crash after long days on the lake. Loved that we had plenty of towels, pillows and comfy beds. The house was very clean and had everything we needed even including snacks, sugar, condiments, shampoo etc. Super impressed with our stay. Great communication and a place we can't wait to return to next time!

Great stay

We loved our stay. We utilized this VRBO while we were house shopping. It was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious. It was perfectly stocked with all the dinnerware, kitchenitems and a lauyndry room. The view out the front was gorgeous. Phina was helpful whenever we contacted her during our 1 month stay. Thank you for making the move to MS easy for us!

A+ Communications, A+ Comfort

We felt right at home. Phina is so helpful and accommodating. This was our second stay. It is only 15 min away. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi is nice and they had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Thank you for another great experience!!

Location Ideal

Location was ideal due to close proximity to Scruggs Boat Ramp. We just needed a place to crash for the night after a day out in the boat. Main issues that precluded a five star rating was that the AC was on but not cooling and we could not get ice maker to work.

Perfect house

The perfect little place for our family of 6 with our dog! Everything was listed just as in the description. We loved Iuka. Phina was easy to communicate with and had a fast response. Definitely will use her again when we come back! Thank you!!

Just a quick get away with immediate family while in the area for Thanksgiving. Cute updated cottage! We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to Stay for the Night

We were driving home from Destin, FL with 2 small children and this place was like an oasis! Really welcoming and we enjoyed a good nights sleep before hitting the road again in the morning. Thank you!

It was very clean and up to date. Nice decor. Owners were very timely in responding. A little solar light would be good at end of drive.

Comfortable and almost felt like I was housesitting for a friend bc it had everything u need!

This property was great and we were in disbelief as to how it had everything needed. From coffee to laundry detergent or charcoal and spices! It had it all!!! It was clean and spacious too. We all had a great time and it's decently close to the lake and convenient store. Town is a little further but not bad travel. I will be coming back!
