We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority.

Our home is perfectly located in Historic Melrose for a relaxing retreat with all the amenities. The space is fully updated and equipped with heat and central AC, fast Wi-Fi, 65” Smart TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfy bedrooms. There is off street parking in the driveway and carport for 5+ cars, keyless entry, and a large deck with grill and patio furniture. We have created this space with YOU in mind, so you will have everything you need during your stay.

Living Room
Relax on the extra large comfy sofa and while streaming your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV over fast Wi-Fi. The original hardwood floors have been beautifully updated while a ceiling fan, central heat and AC make the home comfortable all year round.

Dining Room
There is a separate dining area through a wide opening between the living room and the kitchen. There is a large round dining table with 6 dining chairs.

Kitchen
The chef in your group will be thrilled to prepare meals in the fully loaded kitchen. Enjoy brand new cabinets and granite countertops throughout. There are two bar seats at the counter so that you can enjoy a glass of wine with friends while you prepare a meal. There is a full-size stainless fridge, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Glassware, dishware, silverware, and coffee mugs are provided. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, knives, plenty of utensils, and grill tools. There is a standard coffee maker and we provide coffee, cream, sugar and sugar-free sweetener.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms have been crafted to be calm and inviting. They feature brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, fresh linens and plenty of pillows. The master bedroom and 1st guest room both have King size beds and Smart TVs. Each room has window blinds, ceiling fans, side tables with lamps, and closets with hangers.

Kiddos
Pack n play and other baby items available by request.

Bathroom
The master bathroom features a separate full bathtub, very large shower, and brand new fixtures. The guest bath features a shower and brand new fixtures. We provide fresh towels, makeup cloths and spa quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide hand soap and several rolls of extra toilet paper. A hair dryer and first aid kit are provided.

Laundry
Full size washer and dryer on-site; we provide a few laundry pods & dryer sheets for your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Outdoors
There is a large parking area at the back of the house that can fit 4-5 vehicles. There is also free street parking in the front of the home if needed. The front porch has two comfortable chairs and a porch swing that are perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The large back deck has plenty of seating for the whole group and is perfect for entertaining while you grill dinner in the evening.

We use security cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
