Enjoy amazing views from the deck as you prepare a meal on the grill to kick off your vacation, kick back on one the 3 decks and watch the mountains change as the sun sets, enjoy a game of pool in the large downstairs game room, relax in the outdoor hot tub, watch your favorite shows/movies on TV or keep friends and family up to date on your vacation with the free WIFI!

Perfect

The whole experience was perfect and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The location is in the perfect spot and the house was amazing with so many great features.

Great property but

I loved the location the property was beautiful, but could tell it’s been a minute since someone was there. None of the remotes was working and when tried to communicate with the property manager about batteries I did not get a response and ended up buying some myself. Also it is Netflix is available but it was not so make sure remember your password. Other than communication there was no issue

Magical week with the bears 🐻

First off, we had 10 bear sightings the week we were there. One, a curious adolescent visited several times while we were out on the deck. Whenever we saw him, we went inside and let him do what he needed to do and went back out after he'd left. A couple of other times we saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs. We got in the house even faster for those visits, but never felt threatened...truth be told it was a thrilling and a top life experience. The house is large with lots of places for separation for larger groups with plenty to keep everyone busy. The living room, kitchen and dining room aren't huge, but having the game room downstairs increases non-bedroom living space. The bedrooms are all large and the beds/mattresses were between an A- and a B+, which is better than average for rental homes, in my experience. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing we missed was a corkscrew, but we just bought screw top wine and beer (at least 2 beer openers). There were also plenty of towels and cleaning supplies provided. The location is perfect as you are close to the National Park and Gatlinburg, but also has privacy being tucked down below the road and surrounded by the woods. The host was wonderful and prompt to respond to all questions. My only negatives were the number of stairs, the driveway and the air conditioner struggled to keep up with the humidity/heat. The positives far out-weighed the negatives. Its also what happens when you're perched on the side of a mountain.

Wonderful Stay w/ Fantastic Views

The stay was relaxing, when not enjoying the hot tub or pool table with the family. The vistas from the deck were amazing and spacious accommodations made sure everyone was comfortable. Definitely would recommend but caution that bears can be up close and personal…part of the charm of the location but be aware for small kids. 10/10!
