Good Company is a luxury 4 bedroom cabin located on Ski Mountain’s Chalet Village area, with beautiful mountain views. Unlike resort or communities, our cabin offers great privacy near a dead end street. A circular, level driveway to easily accommodate up to five vehicles, as opposed to the many steep driveways in the area that can barely accommodate 2 vehicles.

Our 3800 sq. ft. luxury cabin comfortably sleeps 12, with four fully furnished master bedrooms with king beds in three of the rooms and 2 queen beds in the forth bedroom. All 4 bedrooms have 55" Roku smart TV's. Challenge family and friends to a friendly game of pool in the game room, enjoy a movie on the 75 inch smart TV in the theater room or unwind in the hot tub or deck furniture while taking in the natural surroundings and breathtaking mountain views. AT&T 1GB fiber high speed Internet access as well as Roku TV's including HBO Max and Paramount Plus.

Good Company has 3 spacious decks to enjoy the peaceful mountain views and maybe have a glimpse of the deer, bears, turkeys and other animals from the nearby Smoky Mountain National Park. Guests also have access to 3 community club houses in Chalet Village that offer swimming pools, tennis courts, workout room, bathroom and changing facilities, indoor game rooms, snack and drink machines and ample free parking. The Gatlinburg Trolley Station with parking is down the road and available for car-free shopping, dining, and entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It also goes into the park for hiking on a paved trail to Laurel Falls and to the Visitor Center. If you like to explore on foot, the park offers everything from short nature trails to longer back country hikes. The park is filled with trails, waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife. Horseback riding and trout fishing are also favorite outdoor activities in the Smoky Mountains.

If you are looking for a place that gives the feeling of seclusion, but offers an abundance of activities, then this is the place.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: (if you're question is not answered here, please feel free to message us)
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 2 roll of paper towels, 2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pod, 2 laundry detergent pod and kitchen trash bags.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot.

4. Do you provide a grill? – Yes, charcoal grill is provided.

5. Do you provide fire wood? – No, be sure to pick up some up, as well as starter
logs at the grocery store or gas station on your way in.

6. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.

7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

8. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September.

9. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.

10. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.

11. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate message prior to your arrival.

12. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.

13. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).

14. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.


15. What programming is provided? HBO Max and Paramount Plus streaming services are provided.

16. What type of internet to you provide? – AT&T 1GB Fiber

17. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Cabin has security cameras in the exterior of the property. An extra $150 cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found and guests will be asked to remove the pets or forfeit the remainder of their stay.

Maximum number of guests is 10. Any guests over the limit will be charged an extra $25 per night.

Late checkouts past 10am will incur $50 charge per hour.
