Located in the heart of North Padre Island. The magnificently decorated townhome is a three bedroom, three bath, two story unit. Beautiful tile and hardwood flooring throughout. The spacious kitchen offers granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. The townhome also offers front loader washer and dryer, TV's in living room and bedrooms. The gorgeous Water Park Villas are a short drive to our beautiful Gulf of Mexico, walking distance to the local shops and eateries. Relax and unwind by the refreshing swimming pool with tanning ledges and sitting benches. This luxurious townhome is the perfect place to call home.

Quick getaway

Just wanted to get away for a couple of days and spend time with the family. Great accommodations, very comfortable stay with everything needed to have a great time. Excelent location near beach and other ammenities.

Things needed

Unlocking the door w the keypad was challenging. Having a broom and dust pan wld have been nice and having toilet paper in all restrooms wld have been nice.

Good location, very close to beach

The property is at a very good location. So close to the beach yet still convenient for shops and restaurants. It is very clean and nice decorated. Rooms are big and comfortable for our whole family. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend to our friends.

The property was very nice, clean, and in a very secure location with very little traffic. Two requests from the property manager were handled immediately. This helped provide a very peaceful getaway for my family.
