Spacey home really close to the beach, had all my questions answered quickly, even has a washer and dryer which is great with all the sand from the beach!

Pool is an oversized bathtub and not heated. Fixtures loose and water restricted in first floor bathroom. Lighting poor: no lamps in Lvg rm, bedrooms. One towel per person. No access to garage. Driveway is hard to get into and out of with a cable tv box in the way. Property needs a woman's touch. Overpriced.

Beautiful house! We loved being on the canal and the private plunge pool out the back door. Area for walking pets was also so handy. We are regulars to this part of Padre Island, and we know spots managed by Padre Escapes are the best. We would stay here again!

My 1st Perfect Stay

I stay in Vrbo homes very often. This home was the best yet. By far. Everything was perfect. I have tried to think of something constructive to say but literally this property was amazing. My daughter and I had the best time. Clean, fresh, comfortable. I could continue for a long time. If you are looking for a perfect beach getaway this is absolutely it. Huge Place

The house was big enough for all my family. They provided plenty of blankets, dishes, games etc. Everything in the home is modern and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. You’ll never want to leave!

Spacious with great layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse has a lot of space. There were 10 of us and we were never cramped! The driveway says 2 vehicles. Let’s be honest it’s a one vehicle spot, we had a full size car and were able to squeeze a Polaris ranger in on the side barely. But we found parking across the street. Little doc was great, and the pool was perfect for the littles. Had problems with the hot water and you may want to bring extra towels and laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent, and paper towels. Maybe it was just us but for the amount of people you can put in there it just wasn’t enough. Best thing for us is we had a place on the deck to wash off the sand from the beach! Great time and very clean!!

First time to visit Padre Island

My family and I stayed along with another family, and all of us enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and there was plenty of room for both families. The plunge pool was used quite a bit. The condo was well stocked with cookware, plates/bowls, cups, silverware, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The hose in the sideyard was useful in rinsing off beach gear and fishing tackle. We fished a lot from the dock but had no luck with reds or specs. We landed a few perch and hardheads. Kids still enjoyed themselves very much. We ran into an issue at the end of our stay in which we had no place to put our trash - because our trash can outside was full. Overall, we'd stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 days, Tuesday through Friday, and checked out at 10:53 a.m. (This felt really early considering the size of the house and the cost. A suggestion might be to extend check-out time to noon. Rallying that many people so early on vacation is not ideal.)During this time, we found the house to be comfortable and quiet, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the balcony.Apart from a neighbor complaining to us about our light, finding serving bowls broken, a knife placed in the butcher block with a sticky brown substance on it, and not having enough pods for the daily dishwasher cycle, our stay was generally unhindered, and we had everything we needed for our purposes in the house.We recommend bringing extra towels, soaps, and laundry detergent. Additionally, if you rent on a Thursday, be prepared for the pool cleaner to come by. We were told he takes about an hour, but we never saw him. We were away from the house in the afternoon and may have missed his visit.Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and felt comfortable in the house. The seating arrangements were good, and no one had complaints about sleeping. One of the things we liked was the large table, where we enjoyed group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners together.Overall, we were comfortable with our stay. I liked that we were able to split the cost of the stay, and the limited contact we had with the management company was pleasant. We spent about $375 per day for the house, including pet fees, service fees, etc.
