Maui Vista 1219 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, a private lanai, and air-conditioning. Located on the second floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Upon entry, you will be greeted by an open-concept living space with Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a window A/C unit.

Retreat to the tranquil bedroom with a pillow top King size bed and a portable A/C unit. The updated bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Relax and unwind on the private covered lanai with a dining table for 2 and 2 additional chairs. Enjoy the scenery of the tropical grounds. The redesigned, fully-equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. A dining table for 4 is equipped in unit for you to enjoy your meals in.

At Maui Vista Resort, guests can enjoy 3 refreshing pools, tennis courts, and professional-grade gas BBQs, all with no resort fees. The spacious 8.8-acre complex offers complimentary parking, with each building featuring its own pool, elevators, and tennis courts. The resort's prime location in South Kihei puts you within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and stunning beaches like Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park. The world-renowned Wailea Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away. For even more adventure, you can walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor for snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from December to April), or a relaxing sunset cruise.

Great location, nice condo, incredible week!

1219 at the Maui Vista was a great find. Location was perfect, always a place to park, footsteps from the ocean. Very comfortable bed- so good my wife has ordered the same mattress for home 😆 having the kitchen was also great! It was a difficult decision between some of the resorts or the condo we do not regret the decision we made!

Perfect Summer Break Spot!

Couldn't ask for a better communication from the host/management company for such a nicely appointed condo. Our family of 4 enjoyed this great condo across the street from Charlie Young Beach. Super close and walkable to all the places to eat in Kihei. Wailea is about a 5 min drive away for shopping, golf, dining, and the major resorts. The condo had super cool dual AC units and the decor felt like we were still at the beach. We woke up very well rested from the comfortable king bed and pullout queen sofa- kids insisted mom & dad take turn sleeping in "their" bed. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this condo!!

Absolutely loved this condo! I can not say enough about how clean the condo was the guest book in the condo answered any and all questions you may have. Stayed here for 7 nights with my 5 yr old daughter and friend on a girls trip. I felt right at home. The bed and sofa sleeper were comfortable, kitchen worked out well for our needs. The beach is at most a 5 min walk. You spend more time waiting to cross the street than anything else. Loved that the condo had beach chairs too! Convenient 10 min walk to Kehei Cafe and shops. Would certainly return in the future.

Perfect relaxing stay by the beach

Perfect stay! Not our first time at Maui Vista, glad we picked this unit. King size bed is a plus! Close to the beach, clean, with all the required amenities for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

Vacation with siblings

I have been coming to Maui and staying at the Maui Vista for over 20 years. This trip was with my husband and sister in laws. We stayed 7 days and had a wonderful time. The condo was nicely updated with a similar layout as other condos I have stayed in. It had beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas which was nice. There were adequate linens. The kitchen had only one skillet for cooking. I would have preferred at least two skillets. The floor was not very clean and the cushion on the bench seat needs to be washed. We had to remove the mattress cover on the pull out couch bed and wash it. I also recommend the mattress on the couch bed be cleaned, there were stains. My sister left her earrings on the dresser and the management company notified me and had them delivered to my Uncle’s house in Kihei, which was very convenient and considerate. I would stay here again.

Lovely Condo

This was a bright and well-equipped condo in a quiet complex. We really enjoyed our week here. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and boogie boards. The pool was large and not too busy.

Great location. Not the cleanest place though…

Great location. Fair price. A few hiccups. Was notified that they would be spraying for bugs during the middle of our stay. Waited for the bugs people to show up…. Very inconvenient. They never showed. We called the property management…. The bug spray was done prior to our arrival and we weren’t notified. I have two kids… Packing and getting all of our stuff out to make sure our personal items didn’t get bug spray on them… for them to have already done it. Was very inconvenient.

Great location & accessories

Overall we had a great stay, here are the highlights: Pros: location was fantastic, right across the street from a beautiful beach and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. The unit had 2 beach chairs & body boards (huge perk!). Cons: The AC unit was VERY loud. We ended up putting a small suitcase on top of the unit to minimize the rattling and it helped a little bit. The tub didn't drain. The host only supplied 1 travel-size bottle of shampoo and wouldn't supply extras even after we asked. This seemed extremely stingy and unnecessary... you really want to make your guests go out and buy their own shampoo while they're on vacation after spending a lot of money to stay in your unit? That didn't sit well with me. Also, we got a "welcome gift" that was a large box with a ribbon around it. Inside was a small bag of coffee (loved it) and envelopes for my fiancé and I with our names on them. We opened the envelopes and they contained coupons to restaurants. Coupons! That's not a gift. I would've appreciated a few extra travel-sized bottles of shampoo instead of the coupons.
