Situated just a stone's throw from the Gulf, its beaches and beautiful walks, you will be able to recharge in this unspoilt nature. This house offers a real asset thanks to its location as you will also be able to visit neighbouring villages, such as Kerners, Béninze and Port Navalo and reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast in just 15 minutes by bike.



The house has a large garden where you will enjoy fresh air and moments of relaxation.



The living space is pleasant, arranged for moments of sharing. The lounge is ideal for sharing a cup of coffee, a game of chess or getting together for a chat whilst enjoying the view over the garden. On cooler days, you will also appreciate lighting a fire in the wood-burning stove and enjoying the warmth it provides. Next, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to prepare delicious dishes. The large wooden table, meanwhile, invites you to savour them whilst enjoying a convivial moment.



The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms. Thus, you can distribute yourselves as you see fit: the first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed ideal for a couple, the second has a double sofa bed, an option for a second couple. Otherwise, upstairs, two other bedrooms are fitted with two single beds, and the last one is equipped with a bunk bed. All three are attic rooms, thus offering cosy spaces.



On the upper floor, you will also find another shared space, ideal for getting together in peace and quiet, for reading or for sharing board games.



For added comfort, the house also has a shower room, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a hairdryer, a back kitchen equipped with a second fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. Two parking spaces are also reserved for you.
