This villa, located in Naoussa, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 01 November, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 11 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 3 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 1 including 2 single beds The 3 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a fan, a washing machine, a dressing room, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, cleaning products, central heating and mosquito nets.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 30€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.

The accommodation features a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with wood-fired pizza oven and built-in barbecue. Tourist tax will be asked : 10 euros per day. Parties are accepted within reasonable limits. cleaning is included in the price, but you are requested to leave the villa in a good state.
