Sterling Shores 814 – Modern Vibes is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering modern coastal style and a prime Destin location. Wake up to breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony before enjoying meals together in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious layout features a king master suite, a second king bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With thoughtful design, upscale finishes, and effortless beach access, this condo is ideal for both relaxing family vacations and stylish coastal escapes.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines.

Fabulous Beach Condo

This condo is amazing. Beautiful, well stocked and oh, so, comfortable! The pools, beach access, private beach restrooms, chair rental, etc make a vacation the beach perfect. Thank you!

Relaxing, gulf view visit

The property/condo was clean, comfortable and decorated so comfortably inside and on the balcony. We enjoyed our ocean view, the condo itself , the grounds and location. The hosts were great at communicating and responding in a timely manner. Great experience all around. ☀️🏝

We totally enjoyed our stay! This place was more beautiful than the pics! The condo was huge! The space was very welcoming and gave that home feeling! The decor was on point. Loved the color scheme! Very clean and modern! Everything was well stocked. The views are amazing!!!! The pool area is beautifully lit at night! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach! Will definitely recommend!

Wow! Amazing views and stylish accommodations

You could spend your entire vacation sitting on the comfortable balcony and taking in the view of the Gulf. The view is that amazing. The condo is large and the two bedrooms have plenty of space and are separated to provide plenty of privacy. Everything was spotless and really clean; hats off to the cleaning crew. Furniture is stylish having the feel of a Miami penthouse. Right next to The Back Porch which is really fun. An easy walk to Walmart. Overall we had a great stay.

Property was clean and colorful. Sofa and chairs difficult to sit in and get comfortable. No side table to place drinks while in living area. Kitchen faucet was not secure an flopped around while trying to run water. Freezer drawer was difficult to open and close -- seemed "off track". However, loved view from balcony, beds were very comfortable! Condo was very large and extremely clean and well ordered. Thank you for allowing us to be your guest!

This condo has been beautifully renovated and equipped with very high-end finishes and furniture - it would be almost impossible to find another vacation rental of this caliber! The prime Destin location cannot be beat - easy access to the best dining, entertainment, and shopping! Sterling Shores is a gated resort with so many amenities located within the lush, tropically landscaped grounds!
