Third floor view was amazing beautiful sunrise and beautiful sunsets every day. Heated pool at 90 was amazing and the hot tub was 104. My only complaint is the pots and pans they are terrible to try and get clean they need to be swapped out with good Teflon coated ones but that's it I will definitely stay at Sterling Sands again.

Another Great Year

This is my 7th year staying at this property and my 5th year in this unit. Each visit has been a wonderful experience. I love the location, right across the street from the beach and the Back Porch Restaurant.

Great apartment, but....

Great apartment, everything was very nice. Very clean, near the beach, swimming pool. BUT.... The apartment lacks a normal, powerful vacuum cleaner. Every day it is necessary to vacuum, because from the beach brought a lot of sand. But there is no normal vacuum cleaner. The one that is in the apartment is very weak and does not really suction. Buy a normal vacuum cleaner.
