Josh’s Campton Cottage by the Pemi River in the White Mountains!

Come escape up to the mountains to my cute cottage by the Pemigewasset River! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple to a large family with 6 beds on two levels. Feel free to enjoy the big field out front for yard games and picnics. There’s a basketball court, campfire pit and a short walk to the river for cooling off at the sandy riverside beach and checking out views of the beautiful covered bridge. Come up and experience the peace and adventure of all that the White Mountain National Forest has to offer!

It was clean, with some charming little touches that made us feel at home. It was quiet, well kept property with beautiful grounds and easy access. I would recommend this property with my whole heart. The kitchen was perfect for the 4 of us to work in. The shower and bath area was clean and the shower was great after a day of dancing.

Great cooling system (refrigerated air) made it all worth the price. Need to fix the bench out front and there are ants in the kitchen sink. The smoke alarm in the kitchen is right above the toaster oven.

Awesome Sisters Weekend!

We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, Josh!! It was a great weekend!

The perfect place for PSU Graduation stay

We were in New Hampshire for our daughter's 2024 Graduation from Plymouth State University. Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful cottage experience

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Josh's Campton cottage. It was recently renovated, clean and very welcoming. Very close to great ski mountains and good restaurants. Josh is one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we have ever come across. Highly recommend!

Quiet family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The grounds were quiet this time of year and we loved our walks down to the river. The house is perfect for a small family looking for a nice time!

An Amazing Getaway

This was a very relaxing trip for the family, just what we needed. We had a bit of an issue with the lock, but Josh was quick to answer our questions and get us help, plus he was very kind about it. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic stay would stay again

What a great place. Close to river and can walk down. Cute place to stay and clean. Open field to play outside. Close walk to local restaurant as well.

Cozy Cabin by the river

This was a great cozy cabin, just a short walk to the pemi river. The cabin was furnished with all the necessities for cooking and sleeping. The Host is very responsive and very accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!
