Nestled along Florida’s Nature Coast, Island Place Condominiums offer a serene island escape surrounded by the natural beauty of Cedar Key. Located directly on the Gulf within a true nature preserve, the property is framed by swaying palms, warm Gulf breezes, and tranquil coastal scenery—an ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun coastal vacation, Island Place provides an exceptional blend of comfort, charm, and location. The complex is thoughtfully designed to reflect the historic character of Cedar Key while offering modern conveniences. Guests are perfectly situated next to the city marina and just steps from local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the grocery store—no car required.

Additional Information:
• Grills are park-style and located at the end of the complex. Please bring your own utensils, charcoal, grill brush, and lighter fluid.
• No boat parking is available onsite. Public boat parking is located one block east or two blocks north, behind the museum.

Island Place is a peaceful Gulf-front retreat where nature, history, and walkable island living come together for an unforgettable Cedar Key experience.

Totally relaxing

Great Property and Location!

The description does not do this place justice. It was in a perfect spot to walk to everywhere and was appointed perfectly. The views were breathtaking and the renovation to the pool area was spectacular. We will definitely be back to visit again, perhaps in the near future.

Perfect Getaway

This property is located in close proximity to the marina, restaurants and shopping. The unit was nicely decorated and well-furnished and had a lovely view of the gulf. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. I would definitely recommend it.

This condo is in a beautiful location in Cedar Key. Not sure how good the management company is or is it the seller just not wanting to spend money on maintenance. Blinds At sliding glass door in living room following off track. Microwave handle disconnected at bottom, light in primary bathroom makes a scary sound when first turned in. Blind on glass door in 2 bedroom does not open, condo generally looks tired. The pool is not refreshing in mid summer, it’s like stepping in bath water, but pool is very clean and maintained. . If your not into fishing Cedar Key really doesn’t have anything else to offer other restaurants. The small beach is very small and the Gulf water is very murky there and has a very muddy bottom. Low tide there’s only ankle deep water in swimming area. Probably would not return to Cedar Key.

Quaint Coastal Town

Cedar Key is a small community , very laid back and relaxing. Only one small beach to sit on , it’s more for fishing and boating than suntanning.

Great Getaway

Location, Location, Location! This was a great condo along to channel so we could watch all the boats come & go. We walked everywhere (even with a stroller), dock street with all the restaurants is right across the bridge, we walked to the park, which was impressive for such a small island. I have an almost 2yr old & 4yr old and they were both happy with it. The pool at the condo is spacious and was not crowded at all. The condo itself is spacious, well stocked, clean, and the beds are comfy which was important to me. The towel hooks need addressing in both bathrooms, and he cable was out while we were there but that was fine because we didn’t plan to stay inside. Overall it was a great experience and we will defiantly plan to go back!!

The property was a great location.. close to shopping and restaurants... easy walk to get around town ....and to see the sunset. People were very friendly; the girls at Island Place were easy to work with. GOOD TIMES !!

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect little place with an amazing view! Very clean and the decor is cute! Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Nice pool too! We had quite the adventure and thanks for the tips of things to see and places to eat In this quaint community. The golf cart suggestion was the best way to see the island! We will definitely be back!

Great location

This was a great place to stay. It had a wonderful view and was close to restaurants and other activities. The condo was very comfortable and everyone we met was very friendly. Enjoyed it very much.
