Welcome to White Sands Villa, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-bath lakefront townhome where relaxed elegance meets coastal charm. This end-unit offers enhanced privacy, expansive water views, and abundant natural light—perfect for a serene getaway with family, friends, and even your four-legged companions.

The heart of the home is a stunning fully equipped kitchen. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine refrigerator, it invites you to enjoy meals at your leisure. A Keurig-style combination coffee maker accommodates both single-serve pods and full pots, ensuring your morning routine starts just right.

Awesome place

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. There is plenty of room for two families and kids. We will definitely try to book this one again next summer.

Lovely & Sparkling Clean Condo with a Beautiful View!

Our family had the best time staying in this comfortable & beautifully decorated condo located in Miramar Beach. We enjoyed using the brand new golf cart to easily visit the pool, nearby restaurants and the beach. We loved the property location on the lake- as we enjoyed getting to see varied wildlife that live in the area…deer, herons and of course the occasional fish jumping in the lake! We highly recommend this wonderful condo for making lots of fun family memories!

Awesome location!

We loved the property. The location was fantastic. There was something for everyone to do. The townhome was so cute and spacious! We never felt cramped. Only downside was AC in the downstairs master didn’t seem to work. It was very hot in there for sleeping. Other than that I recommend 10/10!

Great condo

The condo was great - no complaints at all - clean, great location, easy communication. My only complaint is with the golf cart - my husband suspects it needs new tires. It definitely drove a little wonky, especially the one day it rained, it seemed to suddenly veer which is unsettling. The lights would also short out if you honked the horn. We were still able to use it but it definitely needs some work.

Reviewer Comments: Had a great vacation-everything was as expected-nice patio with lakefront view, property was always being mowed /landscaped .well maintained- Only had 1 problem -the golf cart that came with the villa broke down on us on Wednesday-so we had 4 days without the cart -asked for a replacement-they wasn’t able to make it happen -this was one of the reasons we chose the unit -the convenience of being able to cart anywhere on the resort, and over to Baytowne .So we were disappointed that wasn’t resolved. The shuttle is nice to have -but not like having your own cart .-overall though—a nice place

Richard, thanks for the great review and feedback. We are delighted you had such a wonderful vacation and apologize if the cart broke while you were staying. Unfortunately, these things occur sometimes without warning and our team works hard to repair as quickly as possible. When they are unable, we have to send to a third party vendor and this takes even longer. While we wish we could keep 100% of carts in service all the time, we do thank you for your patience and understanding as we attempted to resolve the inconvenience.

Family vacation

My husband and I booked this place for us for the week and our son, his wife anew baby came for part of the week. It is a very attractive, clean place with up to date decor. The bottom floor hosts a large master bedroom with king bed (firm) and full bath, kitchen, dining area sufficient for 6 adults, large laundry room and family room. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms that share a bath. The bath is in the king bedroom so the queen bedroom occupants just enter the king room to access the bath. Not bad, just worth noting. There is carpet in the bedrooms. There is a nice table for eating on the back patio and an enclosed courtyard in the front accessible through the downstairs bedroom. The golf cart was great and we really enjoyed this property! The two pools we used were great! We saw deer several times and even a raccoon. We would definitely stay here again but feel it’s best suited for only two couples.

We loved being able to park at the door and not deal with elevators. Unit was updated and very clean. Great view of the lake. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Both baths were updated. Plenty of towels.The golf cart was a big reason I chose this unit. Was nice to get around the area in the cart. Great food access with the cart. Publix access by cart.Golf cart registration was expired and we were pulled over. And I had a city worker knock on the door with no warning from property management. I think the property management team could have done better.We would rent this unit again.

Issues with parking...slim to none...called company about it to avoid a fine and get some advice and no return call. Bedroom door upstairs got locked and we couldn’t get in. Had an exterior door lock on it, it seems. No key, called company to get assistance and was advised to just get a locksmith. Little things like that matter, but otherwise an awesome rental...just not super helpful from the agency with issues that may arise.
