Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Enjoy the benefits of a standalone home with a private pool plus the conveniences of PACIFICO – Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers hiking trails and a children’s play area while being just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Take the quick drive to the beach or use the complimentary beach shuttles from the development to the main street and the Pacifico Beach Club.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests have full, private access to the home, yard and pool.

Enter the home into the great room with a large leather sofa and 75 inch TV. The beautiful designer kitchen has a massive granite island with bar stools and is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 8 as well. All of this opens up to the oversized terrace! ⁣

⁣Outside you’ll find the perfect backyard for entertaining. A beautiful covered terrace with high-end outdoor living and dining furniture, another TV, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a mini-fridge, sink, and built-in bbq. Just a few steps from the terrace and you’re relaxing in your private pool. ⁣

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a large closet. The third bedroom is located off the living room and has 2 twin beds that can be configured as a king bed upon request. These two bedrooms share the main hall full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a large wall of the closets, and a full ensuite bathroom. ⁣

⁣The entire house is also fully handicap accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp that takes you up the driveway and through to the front door with zero stairs inside the house. You also have laundry facilities with a front-loading washer and dryer.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with! 
The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate. 
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.

Variable Pricing
A NOTE ABOUT PRICING - While this home sleeps 8, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
