-- THE VIBE -- Situated on the 2nd floor, this unit offers elevated views of Lake Hamilton that ground-floor units can't match. The interior is open and inviting, with a cozy fireplace for winter nights and a private balcony for summer sunsets.

3. Elevated Views > Ground Floor Ground-floor units are convenient, but they often lack privacy (people walking by your window) and views (blocked by hedges/cars). Being on the 2nd floor gives you a true vantage point over the lake and total privacy on your balcony.
