Fantastic Stay in Miramar Beach

Just recently wrapped up a weekend in Miramar Beach at the Majestic Sun 310A. First off, the condo was fantastic. Perfect views of the ocean, had everything we needed for our stay and the condo was in great condition. Communication was also top notch and included a ton of information about the area, best places to eat, things to do. Would highly recommend!

This condo is perfectly located! We could walk to shops and restaurants. The beach is a short walk across the street. Comfy beds and furniture. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful

The condo itself is lovely. Very clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. In a wonderful location close to everything. Communication was great, we had a small issue finding how to get in but were helped within 5 minutes of calling. We have been coming to this part of Florida for the last several years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in thus far. Will definitely be booking again next year!

Beautiful beachfront condo in perfect location

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean with a beach decor design. Centrally located within very close proximity to the beach and multiple restaurants and shops. Although our trip was in the height of student spring break, the area was not over crowded with students as other areas on 30A . Andree was always helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and stay. She sent us information that was useful both on details of the condo and property and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend this property!

Most amazing and relaxing vacation ever!

Majestic sun 310 is my new favorite vacation spot! The condo is beautiful and clean. The pictures don't even do it justice. The beach and ocean are gorgeous and it's nice to be able to come back in to a comfortable condo. The beach service is such an amazing bonus and convenience. Andree is such a wonderful host and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting from Southern hospitality vacation rentals!

Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend this vacation rental for its exceptional Southern Hospitality! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun during a local festival. The condo was inviting, well-furnished, clean, conveniently close to the third-level parking in the garage and boasted a stunning view of the beach and gulf. It was also within walking distance to various restaurants, bars, and the beach itself. Southern Hospitality provided a daily setup of beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a great touch. While there are numerous vacation rentals in the area, the standout communication from Andree at Southern Hospitality is unparalleled. She streamlined the entire process from booking to departure, making it seamless and hassle-free. They send a digital welcome guidebook via text that covers all your questions, including local recommendations across various categories. Should you need to reach out to Andree, she is prompt and exceedingly accommodating. For an unforgettable beach vacation, I can't recommend this property and Southern Hospitality enough. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay

The 310A condo is lovely. Enough space for my husband and I with all the amenities provided. If you want to cook, all the necessary tools for this are available including spices in the cupboard. Beautiful view of the beach front. Easy access from the car to condo. This condo also has 2 rented beach chairs and umbrella ready every morning on the beach. Wonderful cost savings and definitely spoiled us not having to lug chairs to the beach. Hostess Andree was fabulous with great communication and availability throughout out the process from booking to check out day. It was truly a fabulous trip relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place.

Amazing beach week!

I can't say enough how beautiful this area is! Andree is a wonderful host and so helpful. The ease of check in and convenience of the parking deck made our move in and out a breeze. The condo is clean and well kept with incredible views of the emerald water. I cherished my quiet mornings on the balcony. We enjoyed the beach set up so much as well as the grocery delivery, definitely take advantage of that! We loved that it was close to everything we wanted to do. We would love to come back to the Majestic Sun again soon!

Miramar Fun in the Sun

Our stay at the Majestic Sun was absolutely phenominal. This condo is at the perfect location for everything. The condo is on the same floor as the parking garage, so it made it ectremely convienant to load and unload. The beach access is right in front of us and the complimentary chair and umbrella service is a bonus. The rental company for that service, said this is the only condo that receives complimentary service. The condo was clean and efficient for everything we needed. The breathtaken view from the patio is just beautiful, our morning coffee time was so delightful. Working with Andree' was seemless, very prompt with any questions and all the information sent with great detail. I highly recommend Majestic Sun # 310A.

Review for Destin trip condo

The location and the view was awesome. The condo itself was good as well. The dryer is really high and we had to get a chair to turn it on! The lavatory in the guest bathroom is really small! Other then those two things it was great! Loved it!!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

The location of Majestic Sun is relaxing and easy. It's by far, 'The best place to grab your flip flops and relax'! The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located about 1/2 mile away.
