Relaxing Vacation

This unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and we were very comfortable here. The view over the Gulf was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach trip

Location was prefect. Nice area to walk. Condo had all that we needed. Excellent views and most of all very clean. Thank you for making our stay peaceful and relaxing.

Great location for the beach and surrounding activities. The condo is very comfortable. Make sure to bring a small cart.

Great Location

Our stay was great! The only thing that we were shocked about, was the online pictures that we looked at had a full sized and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. This was not the case. Other than that, it was fabulous! Thanks!

Lovely Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time that we have rented a condo from Majestic Sun. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. I love the ocean view and the convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The addition of the $100 Livewell Credit and the VIP perks made our stay much less of a hassle. We didn't have to drag beach chairs and a beach cart in our vehicle. Already have another unit booked for August!

Two issues: #1 The TV in the guest room was not working but it was fixed the next day.#2 The master Bed room mattress was not really comfortable for the price. Overall, this was a great condo!

Spring break stay in A812

We didn’t have the beach chairs and umbrella in our condo when we arrived and the cable wasn’t working in the 2 bedrooms. But those issues when addressed right away when I brought it to their attention. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, but other than that we were very happy with the resort and our condo. We look forward to returning!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Majestic Sun but will never rent from Destin Palms again. Our bathroom drains didn't drain the first few days and our air conditioner didn't work when we arrived. They did fix both within a few days, but when I'm on vacation I want these things resolved before I arrive. I wait all year for our beach vacation and so this was a disappointment for sure and very inconvenient.

Great except for the beds

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful. The interior is clean and well appointed; the televisions and technology worked well. The location on the 8th floor and view are amazing. It was all good...except for the beds. We travel a LOT and adjust to about any bed. However this was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept well. The master mattress especially sagged terribly and both sides of the mattress were a couple of inches lower than the middle of the bed; one side had a "bowl." The mattress was just worn out. After the second night of a 10 day stay, and trying to adjust, we contacted Destin Palms. We were hoping that perhaps the owner did not know the situation and might update their mattresses. We offered to switch condos to get a good night's sleep. Destin Palms said switching condos wasn't an option and they would contact the owner. This was no resolution. The second bedroom mattress was not quite as broken down but still not comfortable. We would love to stay in this condo again but would only do so when the mattresses have been replaced.

This was our second stay at the same condo because it was so great the first time, and it didn't disappoint the second time. The condo was very clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. There's great food and ice cream within walking distance, which is very convenient when you're trying to drive as little as possible while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was having a shower caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, etc. Other than that, I can't say enough great things about our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost the cleanliness!! We have stayed in several condos in Destin and this by far was the cleanest yet! We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Not too much to be a bother, but also if I had a question, the owner was quick to respond (under 30 mins easily). We will be back for sure in the future and thank you again.

Stay at Majestic Sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was great. We were there for 2 months so you learn the uni well. Several concerns about 812A which were not the fault of the rental agency, but the owner has not updated the unit. The furniture is broken down, washer leaves dark, leaf like residue on clothes and it takes 2 hours to dry load of laundry. Glass Casa was responsive to maintenance requests. Beautiful view.
