Home is designed for a perfect couples getaway to rest, unwind and reconnect. Bring your furry family members along also, FREE of charge. (under 40 lbs-2 max) Elegant master king bedded suite with a large soaking tub (for 2). King size bed has an adjustable frame for maximum comfort and a good night sleep. His and hers bathroom vanities, additional shower along with a washer/dryer. French doors leading to expansive deck from bedroom.

Murphy bed also available in living room and great when families/friends stay.

Open gourmet kitchen with hearth cabinetry, 5-burner stove, microwave and all the needed cooking utensils. Large open floor plan with electric fireplace and Smart TV. Home situated in corner location with private backyard next to dog park. Barbeque grill with dual gas/charcoal capabilities available at the rental.

Close to Forsyth NWR and dog friendly

We Visited to birdwatch at NWR. Appreciated the proximity and the cottage like atmosphere of the resort. People were friendly and quiet. If you plan to cook and like the Nuwave multifunction oven, you’ll find what you need. Joy offered comprehensive check in info and an early check in. Eggs and water as welcome snacks. Thanks!

Perfect close to home get away!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a mini vacation where we could unwind and relax. This was my first VRBO experience and I couldnt have been happier. The grounds were beautifully kept, the living space was perfect for a romantic get away. It was serene, cozy, and the perfect amount of luxury with the oversized tub and beautiful furnishings and decorations. Joy made everything easy from check in to check out. She was ultra responsive. We would like to go back again to try another one of the homes! 100 percent happy with our trip. Thanks again!

Decent, but deceiving

From the pictures me and my family thought the property was on the lake, it is not. 1-2 minute drive behind the main office, the paddle boats are very dirty and algae on them so have to be cleaned before using them at the lake. The house itself was like the pictures, nothing unexpected, the only issues were there were blankets on the seats by the tv that seemed to have some sort or pet hair on them, and the washer machine was filled, i mean filled with mold.. my wife had very bad allergies from either the hair or the mold. Other than that the house and pictures are accurate

Just what we were looking for!

Right from the start I had a great experience! Joy sent us clear instructions how to get to the house/check in. The place was clean and even more charming than the pictures show. There were so many touches that just added to my experience, from the scrabble board and fireplace to the robes in the bathroom. I plan on recommending this to my friends and would definitely stay here again.
