Welcome to your modern Ventnor beach retreat. This beautifully updated 3BR, 2BA upper level townhome offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and functionality for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing Jersey Shore getaway.

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed by a thoughtfully designed entry area complete with a charming console table and convenient space for shoes and beach bags. A short staircase leads to the main living level, where bright open spaces and modern finishes create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The spacious living room features plush seating and an open layout perfect for relaxing after beach days, movie nights, or spending quality time together. Just beyond the living area is the dining space with comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for shared meals, game nights, and gathering together after a day exploring the shore.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. With sleek finishes, generous counter space, modern appliances, and labeled cabinets and drawers throughout, the kitchen is designed to make cooking and entertaining easy and stress free.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is perfect for kids or larger groups and features two sets of twin bunk beds accommodating up to 4 guests, along with a dedicated desk space and closet storage.

Bedroom 2 offers a cozy queen bed, dresser storage, and closet space, creating a comfortable private retreat.

Bedroom 3 serves as the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed, dresser, large closet, and private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

The home includes two full bathrooms. The first bathroom features a tub/shower combination and large vanity conveniently located near Bedrooms 1 and 2. The private ensuite bathroom attached to the king suite includes a walk in shower, small built in bench, and double vanity sinks.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, driveway parking for approximately 2 vehicles, free street parking nearby, beach gear for guest use, BBQ grill access, and a shared backyard space w/ outdoor sun loungers.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

The beach and scenic boardwalk are just moments away, with easy access to nearby Margate and Atlantic City for additional dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Whether you`re planning a relaxing beach trip or a fun-filled Jersey Shore getaway, this location puts you near it all.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is a large driveway available for guests to park (fits about 2 cars). There is also free non-permit street parking all around the home.

TVs: There is a TV in the living room. All of our TVs are Smart TVs—feel free to log into apps like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

SHARED SPACES/MULTI UNIT BLDG: Please note this unit is part of a two-unit property, with the other unit being below our unit. The backyard is a shared space with the downstairs unit; all other interior spaces, entrances and amenities are private to your unit.

STAIRS: Please note this unit is up one flight of stairs, with approximately 10 stairs required to access the home.

HVAC: The home is heated and cooled via central heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is located just off of the kitchen.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.

The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay:
-The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
