House dates back to 1890 and located within walking distance to lakes, biking walking trails, local shops, restaurants and all the excitement downtown. Conveniently located near the hospital. Close to many lakes, golf courses and a short drive to Hunter Springs, diving, kayaking, scalloping and west coast beaches. Lock box code provided for hassle free entry. Beautiful setup in a really great downtown space. Shampoo/soap, fresh linens and towels and a well-equipped kitchen as well as patio seating with garden lights and tiki torches. Feel free to help yourself to coffee, tea, espresso and any snacks available. We try to cover all the special touches to make for a nice, comfortable stay.
