Great condo 1 mile to downtown historic Prescott.

Well maintained single level two bedroom/two bath 1200 square condo with two walk-in closets. Additional room is an office that could be used in a pinch for another bedroom. When viewing the condo pictures you will see a very nice open floorplan. There is internet/WifFi, Dish TV with Bose System, Air Conditioning, plenty of pots/pans, kitchen utensils and BBQ/Smoker.

Only can book at the beginning of the month. If a person rents in the middle of the month it will be cancelled.

Great location.

Great location, close to downtown. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood where we often saw deer and turkey. Charles was a good host.

Great Prescott getaway

We stayed for a month in a 2 bed. 2 bath condo in a great location just minutes from town. We really enjoyed ourselves and Charlie the property owner was very helpful Great place to stay Sue and Jimmy

Really a nice comfortable home away from home in a friendly community. It has a handy 1.5 mile loop for exercising without traffic (if you like a climb) with pine woods smell. Deer and wild Turkeys usually seen on my morning walk.

Great Prescott Condo

Condo was in a perfect location, close to downtown, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Everyone was friendly and patriotism abounds. The condo was in perfectly clean condition and Charlie was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect house hunting "office" in Prescott

My wife and I needed a place to use as a central location for our house hunting in Prescott, this place did that and more. Near everything and yet it sat in a QUIET neighborhood surrounded by hiking and walking trails. The owner was a great communicator and responded quickly to our one and only problem in the 2 months we stayed there. Fully furnished with everything we could think of during our stay even a small office with printer, a necessity when printing out contracts, inspections and title details. Of course it came with the usual huge flat screen and all audio/video accessories. A two bedroom gem.....
