This Specious 3 Br 2 Bath condo is located 20min south from Myrtle Beach Airport on the Garden City/ Surfside Beach line.
It is set back in a quiet area only 1 mile from the beach, minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and all the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
For the Golfers we are in Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course. If you want more, we are centrally located between all the area great golf courses!
The amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, community center with gym, wireless internet and TV room, 18 hole executive golf course, driving range, miniature golf, volleyball and tennis court!
Golf passes are available for weekly and monthly renters.
Beach is only 1 mile away and there is free shuttle that runs all day through the summer.
Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large dining room table, large inviting living room and bonus Carolina room with fountain view.
All linens are included. Small pets are allowed up to 50 LBS, but no cats please.

The best thing about this beautiful and specious condo is its location. The clean and well maintained, quiet and safe development is located minutes away from all the action, restaurants and shopping. You will have best of both worlds!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

Absolutely beautiful spacious condo. Comfortable beds, ample bedding and towels, great dining room table, well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Quiet area but close to everything! Great communication, owners even left passes for golfing. Will definitely go back again.

Snow Birds!!!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our host and their lovely Villa. We can’t say enough about our host. The communication was great from the time we booked, during our stay and after. The Villa had everything we could possibly need during our stay from towels, toiletries, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful rental

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo! Most importantly for us, it was extremely clean. Owner is very easy to work with and communicative. Love the location and the complex. Will be renting again!

Love Tupelo Bay

Our family (including our fur babies) had an awesome vacation! Property and condo did not disappoint. Condo definitely loved and well maintained and everything as described. This is our 2nd stay at Tupelo Bay and we really like the property and area!

Fantastic!

It was an amazing time! The place was very conveniently located and there were many beach chairs and items available. We had a great time! The amenities were all very clean and we had all the information we needed to work the tvs, get access to amenities and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great Place to stay, roomy condo

This place was so nice, the beds were all comfortable and plenty of space. The air conditioner did great with the heat. These owners go out of the way to make sure there is enough essentials stocked for you to get by. Will definitely look to rent again when we return.

Wonderful experience

Property was a wonderful experience. Clean, peaceful and well stocked with everything we could need for our trip. The owners always responded quickly to any questions I had prior and never made me feel like I was bothering them. It was like being at my home away from home. Close to everything and plenty to do on the property. Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable Week Stay

This is our third stay at Tupelo Bay since 2015 coincidentally in the same unit. It is conveniently located to beaches and shopping areas . The host is easy to contact and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend it.

Awesome place

A very nice place for those that like the beach but not the noise. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, calmer attitude, but, close to everything. Condo has literally everything you need. All you do is make sure you restock and leave it as clean as you found it. Came home to a little family emergency, so review is a little late.

Great stay!

We were in town for a family function. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo! Very nice, clean and bigger than expected! We didn’t have time to use the pool amenities in the community, but my husband was able to play golf there. Would definitely stay again!

Great golf vacation

This was our second stay at Tupelo Bay. The villa was very clean and had everything you could want being away from home. We had one minor issue, the owner got back to us within 5 minutes and had someone at the villa within 20 minutes to correct the problem. The villa is within 5 minutes of the beach and walking distance to the golf facility. It was everything that was advertised, we'll hopefully rent again next summer!

Great location for a more laidback vacation!

I’ve been staying at Tupelo Bay for a few years now and have enjoyed all the condos I’ve stayed in. This condo was conveniently located by an elevator and had an extremely easy check in process! Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and conveniently located to the beach and other family activities. The property owners were very nice and responsive and helpful. The grounds offered pools, mini golf and even ice cream! Would definitely stayi here again!

Family vacation with grandchildren

Everything inside of the home was perfect. The ownersvstocked it well and thought of everything. The only issue was a palm tree outside of the master bedroom window. It needed to be trimmed because the sound it made when the wind was blowing spooked our grandchildren when we tried to lay them down for nap.

Elegant Style and Very Spacious

We loved the location and have stayed in several properties here in Tupelo Bay. They are in a great location and the amenities were superb. We ran into slight issues with this property in which it needed more cleaning prior to our arrival. We reached out to the property manager with pictures and we immediately received feedback. Hopefully, since we ensured it was spotless after our departure, the next renters will be pleased. Its a great place to stay besides the minor cleaning issue. We will include it as a possible place to stay again in the future.

Clean, safe environment fun for whole family

This condominium was perfect for our family of 5 and our small dog. Baggage cart and elevator make it very convenient to get your luggage to the second floor. All areas of the home were clean. Comfort is opinionated, so we were not fond of the firm beds. My boys ended up using the air mattresses instead. This place has everything you need to have a cooked meal at home or spend the day on the beach. There were beach towels, little coolers, and chairs provided. They even had a little dog bowl set for our dog. The community pool was nice to jump into in the evenings after spending the day at the beach. It's only 5ft deep though, so diving. Mini golf and ice cream are within walking distance and the complimentary golf tickets were an awesome bonus to our trip! If we ever return to Myrtle Beach area we would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Experience

From booking the condo through checkout on our last day, everything was exceptional! Prompt, courteous and professional communication by owner, a nicely apportioned and well-stocked unit, proximity to amenities, grocery store, beach, and entertainment - all these attributes left us with anticipation of future stays.
