Extremely well equipped home. Beautifully decorated. Has both a porch and deck overlooking small lake. The shared neighborhood facilities are fantastic. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, playgrounds, tennis, basketball, bark parks, etc.

We will absolutely come back next year and rent this same home. The host was phenomenal and the home was beautiful. It is nestled in a tight community with only an 8-minute walk to a very private and less traveled beach. You can tell the host thinks about the little things that matter...(Thank you for the pup treats and amenities, they loved them).

We had the BEST time staying here! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were especially pleasantly surprised to find a high chair available for our little one, it was such a thoughtful touch!The hosts truly thought of everything, from beach towels and beach chairs to umbrellas and all the little things that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying a thing. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and the perfect place for our family to make some wonderful memories.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like a true home away from home. La Bella Vita Review

Excellent, the home was clean and relaxing. The provided amentities made us feel cared for and valued. Watching the ducks, geese, and turtles in the mornings and evenings was fun for the children and we were close to pools and short golf cart ride to ocean. We loved staying here and will be back. The host was very responsive and kind.

Great location and clean

Close to the beach in a nice gated community. House was clean and cozy. Nice view of pond behind the property. Property owner was easy to reach and attentive to our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

nice and clean place, had a great time! looks just like the pictures in person. wish the pull out sofa was a bit more comfortable but hey, it’s a pull out sofa. staff at the community were friendly!

Beautiful Stay

My family and I had a great time here. Very beautiful place, with great views, walking distance to the beach, community pool/ playground. Gina was very kind and checked in with us making sure everything was up to our liking. Would highly recommend staying here.

We will be back loved this home

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog. We walked to the beach daily and explored the area. I appreciated Gina’s responsiveness when we arrived our GPS took us to the wrong gate.the house was very clean and as pictured.

Excellent property

Exceeded expectations. Great area. Enjoyed sitting on back deck watching the swans, geese and ducks. Easy access to very good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway...

With our family always busy and going in different directions...we needed a quick getaway to reconnect and relax. This place was perfect! Not a huge place...but perfectly roomy and comfortable for the 4 of us and our 2 golden retrievers. Gina was always available by text for any questions... We absolutely loved the place and the Surfside community!

Wonderful Home in a good location!

This house has everything you need when you walk in the door. Have stayed here 3 different times. Gina the property manager is the absolute best thing since sliced bread!! We will be booking this place again for a fall trip!
