On the same level it includes: -a living room with kitchen area, access to a small balcony-terrace with a view of the port on the South-East side -a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) -a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) -a bathroom with shower (folding seat), sink, bidet and toilet -a small laundry storage room (LL and SL) -the entrance and distribution corridor At the edge of the front door: small terrace for the late North-West day sun. Private parking space in the courtyard of the residence.
