The host and amenities at this location are 10/10. Anything we needed, was provided immediately upon request. I cannot speak enough about the attentiveness of this host. The amenities are the perfect accommodations for a ski trip. Heated floors, fire place and hot tub made the trip five stars.

The place is beautiful!!! Everything we needed was there from the kitchen, to the use of a washing machine and dryer! Hot tub was amazing. And the host was immediately available with any questions I may have had. Would definitely book again.

Nice place horrible beds

Property is nice, however beds are beyond uncomfortable-after a long day of skiing it makes for a horrible night sleep.

Simply the Best

Amazing. Hands down such a comfy and luxurious stay at Cozen’s Place hosted by Sky Run. The property was EXACTLY as pictured. The heated floors were a game changer in -10 degrees and the hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day of skiing. The house was super clean and cozy. It’s a quick trip to the Winter Park resort/mountain and it was quite nice being tucked away in this spacious house. Very satisfied with our stay. The host was very speedy with all communications and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place. Was great for our family of 5. Great location. Very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook in a few times. Hot tub was magnificent after days on the slopes. Would highly recommended and would stay again.

Short but enjoyable

This was our second year in a row at this great property. While we had to cut short our stay, the unit and location are the best. Hot tub is wonderful and radiant heat floors are wonderful. Kitchen has everything and great to cook in and then relax. Close to everything and snow on the peak was just gorgeous this time of year.

The property was great! It was easy to get to, lots of space for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. I loved the milk frothed for coffee in the morning. Nice touch! We e would recommend this host and this property.

Beautiful View

The location and view were incredible! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and in the hot tub. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only two negative issues were that there was no air conditioning. It took a while to get some airflow within the condo. One of the primary bedroom windows had a broken handle, so the room stayed pretty warm all night. I suggest adding that you need to bring a box fan to the listing. Lastly, a train comes through multiple times between 10 pm-5 am. It's loud and woke up our kids every time it passed.

Can't go wrong here!

Have rented from SkyRun before, so the bar was set high yet everything met our expectations. The condo had everything and more -- all clean, comfortable and in topnotch condition. Really wonderful patio, grill, firepit and hot tub! Lots of folks renting nearby but everyone observed the quiet hours -- it's not a late-night party place, yay. The only hitch was that we were counting on using the activity partner's freebies, but they were no longer available. Management did make an honest effort to make that right, which we appreciated. We look forward to returning to Cozens Pointe!

Winter Park in July

This was our first time and it was the perfect place to stay . The location to our venue which was the Rendezvous Event Center was 5 minutes away . I was the cook and there and every appliance and dish you could think of they had and were of great quality which made me very happy , I have been to a few rentals and this is the first time I actually experienced great appliances . Before we arrived the communication was not a fast response but as soon as we arrived and I contacted them it was an immediate response which I was grateful for. The Hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing so if your looking to party this is not the place for you. I would advise you to read all the rules cause there is long list of them and all of them I totally understand why and when you see the condo you will understand why also. One of the rules was to clean the dishes and put them in the dishwasher it made me think to myself why I am paying for a cleaning service if I have to do this? I also understand it’s to get the condo ready faster for the next guest I was ok with that it is just they the cleaning service was not a small fee. Great location, clean spot. Kitchen fully stocked.

Time for new carpet. I get that with many guests, walking in with wet boots. The nail hold downs are starting to come through the carpet and hurt your feet around the edges near the kitchen. Also, and a big one, no lock on the master bedroom door. No privacy from the kiddos.

Great location!

My Family and I had a great experience at this rental , was clean and kitchen had all amenities to cook anything. Location is great, 8-10 minutes from Winter Park, 4 minutes from Frazer tubing and other activities . Warming up by the fireplace after a day of skiing or tubing was a plus and kids loved the hot tub , would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

We loved the layout, the beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was heaven! We had gorgeous views of the mountains from inside and from the hot tub outside as well as the stars at night.
