The place is beautiful!!! Everything we needed was there from the kitchen, to the use of a washing machine and dryer! Hot tub was amazing. And the host was immediately available with any questions I may have had. Would definitely book again.

NYE Winter Park stay

Beautiful place. Was great for our family of 5. Great location. Very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook in a few times. Hot tub was magnificent after days on the slopes. Would highly recommended and would stay again.

Overall great location and stay! Liked being close to the downtown area and very close to grocery store. Easy drive to Winter Park resort for skiing. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place horrible beds

Property is nice, however beds are beyond uncomfortable-after a long day of skiing it makes for a horrible night sleep.

Beautiful view

We loved the layout, the beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was heaven! We had gorgeous views of the mountains from inside and from the hot tub outside as well as the stars at night.

Place was perfect. Great home base for all of our day trips.

Fabulous property....great getaway.

Very happy with our time spent in Fraser at this condo. The facility was great and everything was as advertised. Close to hiking trails, biking trails, breweries, and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great location!

My Family and I had a great experience at this rental , was clean and kitchen had all amenities to cook anything. Location is great, 8-10 minutes from Winter Park, 4 minutes from Frazer tubing and other activities . Warming up by the fireplace after a day of skiing or tubing was a plus and kids loved the hot tub , would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Winter Park Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozens Pointe Condo. It was great for two small families. The location was close to everything and the place had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was well stoked including the kitchen and the hot tub at the end of long days on the mountain was a kicker.

Nice Condo

The Condo was very nice and clean. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The kitchen is well stocked. Any questions that we had, we always got a quick response back. Would definitely stay here again.
