Soft snow blankets the peaks of Byers Mountain as you step onto the balcony, the crisp Fraser air meeting the warmth rising from the private hot tub. Inside, the glow of the gas fireplace welcomes you after a day spent on the slopes, hiking trails, or exploring nearby Winter Park. This mountain condo offers the perfect balance of scenic tranquility and modern comfort, designed for gathering, unwinding, and savoring Colorado’s alpine beauty.

Outdoor living
Take in sweeping mountain views from the private balcony, complete with a bubbling hot tub and a BBQ grill. Whether it’s soaking under falling snow or sharing a fireside drink beneath starlit skies, this outdoor retreat offers relaxation in every season.

Comfortable interiors
With 1,360 square feet of space, radiant floor heating, and a cozy fireplace, the living area provides a welcoming place to reconnect. Stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, play board games, or simply enjoy the calm of the snow-covered landscape beyond the windows.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms plus a bonus bunk room accommodate up to ten guests with ease. Each room features soft linens, smart TVs, and warm, inviting touches. The bunk room adds versatility for families and groups, giving everyone space to unwind.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking and dining together. Prepare hearty breakfasts or evening meals using the refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. A spacious dining table invites you to share meals and conversation after mountain adventures.

Conveniences & amenities
Enjoy the comfort of a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and garage plus outdoor parking. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, and toiletries are provided, along with safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Pet-friendly
One dog is welcome for a $125 fee. To keep the space comfortable for all guests, dogs must be crated if left alone and kept off the furniture. Assistance animals are always allowed.

This Cozens Pointe condo puts you close to year-round recreation, from skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort to hiking and exploring Grand County’s alpine trails. This condo was conveniently located to all we wanted, Winter Park, our fave brewery and hiking. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked and it was perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with Mountain views and trains going by.

Spring Break

The property was very clean and worked well for our family. The “bonus” bunk bed room was more of a closet, which was not ideal for 2 teenage boys but we were not in our rooms very often. Overall, the place was great. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location & views

Our family had a great time! The house was close to bike trails & family friendly hiking trails in Winter Park & Fraser. The only downside is the deck/porch is smaller than we would have liked because everyone wanted to be out there enjoying the weather & the amazing views of the mountains & valley.

Wonderful ski trip

I was blown away by the property which was even better than the pictures showed. At first I was hesitant seeing this was run by a large property management company, but that turned into a nice feature when we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Great family Ski weekend

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This unit was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything one might need. Excellent quick communication and very helpful check-in and out instructions. Amazing views from the balcony and hot tub!

Pleasant weekend. Well stocked unit and location great. Cleaning crew lacked...dirty towel and underwear left from previous stay... There was also a LOT of cat hair which triggered allergies.

August Stay

This property was exactly as the listing described and perfect for our group of 8. We would absolutely return! The only issue we had was that it was uncharacteristically warm in Winter Park during our visit and there was no AC in the unit. There were fans and we were able to get a consistent breeze through the property, and once it cooled down to normal temperatures, it was absolutely perfect.

Perfect!

The property was as described. Great location, not far from the slopes. It was quiet and tranquil. It was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. All basic supplies were available- toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergeant, etc. Kitchen was well supplied with all basic cooking utensils and small appliances. We decided last minute to bring our 2 year old grandson and the property managers were so kind to drop off a pack and play for him to sleep in.

Great location

This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.

39 Cozens Pt for Christmas

We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Fraser Family Wedding

This property was in a great location for the family wedding in Fraser. It is a very short walk down to a brewery and to the Fraser River Trail. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. The hot tub was great for cool summer evenings. Really pretty view out the deck. Our only disappointment was how warm and stuffy the bedrooms were, particularly the two upstairs bedrooms even with fans. There are no windows in the bunk room, which was very warm. We did not realize there was no AC. Otherwise, it was a great place.
