Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

Beautiful property and great location. This property is very close to the ocean which makes it very nice for anyone unable to walk on the beach.

Perfect accommodations!

We have stayed in multiple condos in Orange Beach over the past 10 years, and this is my most favorite property of all. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. There is a magnificent beach view from every room. The balcony is large and well furnished. Each room had large TVs. Kitchen was well stocked.

Spring break 2025

This property is beautiful! This was my 1st time getting an end unit with a wrap balcony it was amazing! All 3 bedrooms have the beautiful beach views. It was perfect for our family of 5. We come to orange Beach 2 times a year and this is my favorite of all time! Definitely will rent this unit again!

Great place to stay

The corner location of the condo was awesome, plenty of room for everyone on the deck to overlook the beautiful beach below. Beach was not crowded at all and location was close to everything we wanted to do. There were a couple of cosmetic things we noticed on the property but nothing major. Beds were a little too soft for our preference but otherwise no complaints. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was great. Only issues: 1) Terrible beep coming from thermostat no instructions to reset or understanding of what was causing it. 2) Nice sound system there bluetooth connects but no sound from speekers. Thanks, Eric

If anyone will be entering the condo you rented, for any reason, you should be notified. In fact it states that you will be notified in the contract. Very disappointed with the rental agency. Still have not received communication that was promised after the incident we experienced.

We dug into the details on our end, and during your visit the A/C unit froze, which required the building HOA facilities team to enter the condo. That type of situation is considered an emergency, and per the rental agreement, we do reserve the right to enter if immediate action is needed to prevent damage. We absolutely understand the importance of communication and guest privacy. While we always notify guests about any scheduled maintenance, this wasn’t a scheduled event—it was a time-sensitive issue that couldn’t wait without risking further problems in the condo. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re following up internally on the communication you were expecting afterward. We hope this didn’t overshadow the rest of your beach time and that you were still able to enjoy your getaway as planned. We’d be glad to welcome you back for another stay!

Great overall

I loved that the balcony was accessible from every room! I feel like the cleaning crew could’ve done a better job; the shower still had some hair on the walls and there was candy wrappers under the beds and game pieces on the floors which tells me the floors probably weren’t cleaned well if they weren’t spotted and picked up. The property could use some maintenance; closet doors were all off track, the shower door handle was falling off, just lots of little things like that. The location was great though and they had pretty much anything you’d need in the condo

Excellent location

The view from our room was excellent. This location is prime! The rental company really tried to decorate well; appliances and furniture was great. I was surprised and happy to see there were games and some beach toys in the room. Property is outdated. WiFi was poor. I was worried about the beds being too soft, but we all slept very well. One of the two elevators was out of order our whole trip. There was also a water leak (just a drip) from one of the floors above (this was all located in a closet, so we didn’t really notice it). The maintenance people were very nice, quick, and respectful. I know we will look back and not remember any of the minor inconveniences. We had a great trip and the condo was great otherwise. We would not stay at this exact location again, but would use the rental company and visit orange beach again!

No one yo contact no return call

No extra towels trash bags. No one returned call for supplies. Rentivations going on in building next door just outside from patio. Jackhammer starting at 7 am waking everyone. Went on all day. Covered cars with concrete dust one day. Was not advised such work would be going on. Beds terrible to sleep on. Double memory foam mattresses hard to get out of and can't move after lay down sink in about 8". Bedding had stains. Closet doors broken.

Failure to Give Proper Rental Information

1. The balcony being closed is a huge let down. We chose this particular unit because of the size of the balcony. My family immensely enjoys having brunches on the balcony on a daily basis. I received the email saying that some closures could be expected but it would have been nice to know that specifically our balcony was not going to be able to be used. 3. I am on vacation. The drilling woke me up at 8 o'clock. No sleeping in for any of us who took off of work for the week. Not to mention the headache it gave a couple of is. Also, no good naps for the 3 year old. 4. When I arrived last night, April 30th at 9:00pm, there was still some drilling going on when I opened the door.

We have automatic notices that go out with the bookings to allow guest to get detailed confirmation, make changes or cancel within the 24-hour penalty free time. You chose not to move to a different condo after viewing the construction notice, so the construction was as expected. Next time, please reach out directly so we can suggest other properties that do not have any planned or ongoing construction. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Condo

We chose the Windward Pointe Condo for a week stay to celebrate my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! The condo is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous views of the beach and water. The patio furniture was great and we would eat our meals out there. All three bedrooms have memory foam mattresses which were so comfortable. The furniture and decor was great with a beach theme throughout. Kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils provided. If I had one suggestion it would be to add a few more tupperware options to store leftovers. The two that were available one was quite small and the other too big. There were four of us and we all loved it. We will definitely book to stay here again!
