Located on the North end of the island, in a nice residential neighborhood, this Bed & Breakfast style studio apartment is more than just a place to stay, but a delightful retreat designed to make you feel right at home.
Your private entrance opens up to a full sized kitchen, on site laundry, and a full bath. This unit provides customization for sleeping arrangements. Sleep comfortably with the option of two Twin XL beds OR a single King Size Bed. All fitted with new sheets, blankets, and down alternative comforters. This space will best accommodate two travelers.
The kitchen comes complete with pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker, flat top range oven, toaster oven, full size fridge and a large stainless sink. Additionally, the kitchen comes stocked with coffee & tea, creamer, sweeteners, and a few breakfast snacks to make your stay most comfortable.

You'll enjoy a 42" Roku TV, Free WIFI, clean linens & towels with on site laundry. Private entrance and small deck to soak in the morning sun!

Beautiful Cozy little studio

We so enjoyed our stay in this cozy little studio! We had some family in town, and the host was so generous about allowing us to have them stay one night and come over for game night. The studio was well stocked with dishes, towels, and toiletries. It was wonderful to have the small portable tables which we used as bedside tables and a game table. The space was small but very versatile and we loved our stay. Thank you!!!

If you want heat for the cool mornings in the summer, request the portable heater as the main heat is turned off for the summer. Very nice property. Quiet area, comfortable bed, conveniently located between town and the marinas out north. Owners are quick to communicate.

Super cute apartment. Clean with a home like feeling. I enjoyed my days here. I will say two things just so people aren’t surprised, is you can hear the people who live on the other side and if you don’t have a car it can be slightly more challenging. The cab ride one way was about $40 cash.

Wonderful!

Wonderful host, rental and neighborhood. Annette is very accommodating and responds quickly. The rental was just as pictured and we were very pleased. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and serene. 5+ stars!!!

Awesome respite after 101 days in our truck camper

This place is peaceful and beautiful. It has all the amenities and was incredibly comfortable. Nice comfy bed and big kitchen and laundry! Our hosts were accommodating and thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s a beautiful, quiet neighborhood away from the tourist spots and cruise ships. An easy walk or bike ride to Parks and recreation areas and a market. There are buses into Ketchikan but we didn’t use them. It was easy to park our camper.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, good location. Our only issues and these are probably just an over-site. We had only 1 washcloth. Planned on taking a shower but discovered there was no soap or shampoo.

She went above and beyond. She is an amazing host. Place was extremely clean and taken very well care . I absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to Ketchikan .

Great quiet, comfortable place

My 18-year old daughter and I spent a week in Ketchikan on a fishing graduation trip. This was a great place to stay - highly recommended. The location is north of Ketchikan about fifteen minutes, and a short drive north of Walmart (where there's also a great "Local Grounds" Kiosk for your coffee fix). We were a very short drive from Knudson Cove and Clover to the north, and just ten minutes or so from the gorgeous Ward Lake. Staying where there were Sitka deer and the Tongass forest in your backyard was a very nice alternative to the cruise ship nuttiness of downtown Ketchikan. The unit itself was perfect. The kitchen has a full-sized stove and refrigerator, and we made most of our meals there. (A good alternative, since restaurants in Ketchikan aren't so hot (with the expection of the delicious "Barn Door.") The studio was very clean and comfortable, and really quiet and peaceful. Importantly, it has a true separate entrance: it was like having our own place for the week. The owners were great. They knew it was my daughter's graduation trip, and welcomed her with a little graduation card and gifts. There were nice touches throughout, like a fully stocked medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The owners checked in occasionally via text to make sure we were ok, but didn't hover - a really thoughtful balance. Can't recommend this place too highly - hope to stay here again during some future fishing trip.

Yellow Ketchikan apt.

Wonderful rental property has everything you need to stay. Nice big bed is warm and comfortable, TV has whatever you want to watch, well stocked kitchen for preparing your day's catch. Washer and dryer big enough to take care of any size load. This rental is worth your money, and the owner is very courteous and responds quickly. I will rent again when I return to Ketchikan!

Glorious!

Annette was so kind, and catered to every need we had! She set us up with extra pillows and blankets and a mattress topper. You could not ask for a better experience! The place is recently remodeled and comfortable wifh a 2 mibute drive to the beach and totem parking! With a nice private quiet access and delicious huckleberry plants growing in the back yard, you could not ask for a better Alaskan experience! 13/10 I would stay here again!
