Bright and spacious, on two floors, close to the funicular.Interior : Entrance with cloakroom on the ground floor, spacious living room with TV, dining area, games/reading area and music/TV area, 4 bedrooms. -Bedrooms : 4 bedrooms on the ground floor: Two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with 1 bunk bed -Sanitary : Bathroom with double sink and bathtub, shower, 2 toilets.Kitchen : Open, well equipped with dishwasher and ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine. -Miscellaneous : Pets not allowed, WIFI, cable TV, washing machine and dryer, access on foot via a staircase of around a hundred steps, parking space - -- -- -- Final Cleaning: A normal cleaning is included in the rental price. -- -- Available Kitchen Towels: Not included.
