The area of the apartment is 72 m2. It is divided into an entrance hallway, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room (that can be used as an additional bedroom). The apartment can accommodate up to five people. It is located on the third floor of a traditional stone house in the very historical heart of Preko, giving the excellent view of the island, city of Zadar and the surroundings. The apartment comes with two parking places for the guests; however, its location puts it within walking distance from all major facilities of Preko: harbor, marina, post office, bank, shops, caffe bars and restaurants as well as all public beaches.
