You will enjoy your stay in this complete private 2 bedroom apartment with private drive and private parking. Walk one block to beautiful downtown Victoria and enjoy your choice of several restaurants, boutique shops and night clubs. Bring your bikes and ride the trail from the back yard to Excesior or all the way to Wayzata. Or bring your boat to fish one of several nearby lakes. Check our Guidebook for a nice selection of restaurants and activities.

Note: Our driveway leading behind the home is narrow and not well suited for larger vehicles.
Note: The front and backyard are monitored by security cameras

Love this place. Theresa and Tom are great hosts!! This is our second time staying at Charming Victoria and we hope to be back again next year. We have family in the area and this location works. You can walk to town that has a coffee shop with delicious gluten free lemon blueberry scones! The bike trail is at the end of the backyard. Biggest bonus is our dog could stay!! Highly recommend.

Very clean and quiet. Walkable to downtown where there was a coffee shop and restaurants. Also close to trail for walking and biking.

The property looks to be one of 3 in a connected building. I think that this is a converted in-law apartment. There were locked doors that likely access other units. As listed in the details of check-in, the entrance is in the back of the property which you get to by accessing a driveway that slopes down to the back yard. We were very close to the downtown of Victoria and right on the walking trail. We loved the area and walked on the trail twice a day with our dog. We were comfortable and had a nice stay. The hosts have excellent communication and were pleasant.

My older daughter and I came to help the younger daughter get packed up and check out of her dorm. It was great to have a place to stay that wasn’t a hotel where we could spread out and I could do some cooking. We also took advantage of the trail we could get yo from the back yard.

Great Location!

Loved this location within walking distance of downtown Victoria where there are several great restaurants and a cute coffee shop! Also loved the access to the Minnetonka trail via the backyard. Very clean and felt safe and comfortable!

Just as described!

This was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to the area! The place was clean, easy to use, and had nearly everything we needed. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable but would be just fine with a memory foam topper! I suggest packing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Thanks for the easy check-in/out process!

Great spot!

Great location, great booking, great price! It was so clean you could eat off the floor. If I was ever to return to that area of the Twin Cities, I would not hesitate to rebook.

Great location

Fun bars/restaurants within short walking distance. We had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but very clean and owners extremely friendly and receptive. Great price for girls weekend.

Good place to stay outside the hustle and bustle

We were in the cities for an end of summer get away and this was a great spot to stay when visiting the Mall of America and Valley Fair. It gave us just what we needed at a great price. Great coffee shop and pubs with in a few minutes walk. The back yard is very serene and we wished we'd had time to use it. We would stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect place for our family to spend a few days while visiting The Mall of America. Great size, full kitchen, bathroom wheelchair accessible, nice neighborhood, great parking and yard.

Charming Victoria

We were comfortable in Teresa's property. However, very few extras are provided. For example, there was no shampoo. It's been a while since I stayed in a property that did not provide it. Coffee/creamer was also on the light side. We did ask for more and was given a few more Keurig coffee containers. Wifi was very slow and we had to go to living room to access it. Walking to downtown Victoria was very nice. It's nearby and has some nice coffee shops and restaurants.

HS Graduation

This property was an amazing location for our family attending a local High School graduation. Very clean, easy access and conveniently located. We enjoyed the Minnetonka Trail being right in the back yard for easy walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Visited Paisley Park and several wineries in the area. Completely handycap accessible layout worked great for our elderly mother. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had everything that we needed.

A nice weekend stay while visiting Chanhassen Dinner Theater and a spa with family. The downtown of Victoria was a short walk and has a lot of offerings including restaurants, bars, and a beautiful bike and walking trail. Also a few spas as well.

Nice place.

This was a nice place to stay. The place was quiet. Nice to be able to drive to the same level as the entrance and not having any stairs to climb. The driveway is quite steep and difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle. Instructions for use of the television would have been nice. Overall, the site was pleasant and would be an option for future visits.
