This unit is one of the larger 2 bedroom units at The Aegean with more than 1500 square feet.
The kitchen and dining area open up into a spacious living area. Large sliding glass doors lead out to an expansive patio with seating for up to 11 people.
The spacious, gulf front master bedroom has ample closet space, updated flooring and provides direct access to the patio. The master bath features two separate showers for maximum efficiency when getting everyone cleaned up after a day at the beach. The king size bed frame and mattresses are all new.
The second bedroom has updated flooring as well as two brand new full size bed frames and mattresses.
The hallway between the two bedrooms houses a full sized washer and dryer as well as the custom built brand new bunk beds perfect for kids.
The owner has also added technology to the heating and air conditioning system specifically designed to clean the airflow in the unit of toxins, dust, mold, viruses and bacteria. This means healthier indoor air flowing throughout the unit.
