Dramatic two-story Tuscan-style villa in the heart of South Venice. You'll love the tall ceilings, stained glass windows, fireplace and pool. Located directly across from Alligator Creek and the South Venice Yacht Club in a quite neighborhood with minimal traffic. Minutes to several beaches and charming downtown Venice. Relax by the large rectangular pool, in a tropical and private setting. Enjoy a short bike ride to the Venetian Waterway and Legacy Trails.

20% DISCOUNT FOR ANY STAYS OVER ONE WEEK. Must stay at least 2 weeks to qualify. Send inquiry for the weeks requested and I'll reply with an updated quote that reflects the 20% discount

There are three outdoor security cameras. The coverage area includes the pool and patio.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our winter getaway

We loved the quiet neighborhood, accommodations, proximity to lovely beaches, seafood bought at Detweiler's market, trip to the Ringling museum, and the private warm pool.

Pretty Villa

We really enjoyed our time in South Venice, and this was a great place to stay while we were there. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My husband enjoyed the kayak and bike provided. If we visit this area again, I hope to stay here again!

Peaceful Get-Away

Home was very well stocked and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great place to lay back and relax. Beaches are within a few mile drives. Definitely would like to come back in the fall when it's not so hot.

Venice Villa

We had a great 2 week stay at the” Grand Villa”. This is a beautiful home in a quiet area. The property’s outdoor areas along with the use of the bikes and kayaks were for us what really set this apart from other rentals in the area. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to questions. Hoping to stay again!

Quiet & Convenient Location in South Venice, FL

Great location. Quiet, spacious and very well-appointed including bikes and kayaks. Steps away from a kayak launch and the South Venice Yacht Club. Beautiful home. Very spacious. Excellent communication with owner/property manager. Highly recommend!!

Property was everything we expected it to be. Cozy and clean. We celebrated our 20 th wedding anniversary just enjoying the peaceful of the villa. Pool and grill were awesome as well. We will be back.

Great house, great location

We had an amazing family vacation at the Venice Villa! Checking in was easy and the house was beautiful. Randy, the owner, is nice and accommodating. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool and we even used the kayaks as well. The house provides lot of amenities like bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks. We did a lot of cooking especially for breakfast and everything you would need to cook is in the kitchen. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation!

Serene Sanctuary

A lovely maintained home in a quiet neighborhood that we walked in every morning. Fully stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Beautiful and calming patio with enclosed lanai for pool with grill if you care to entertain outside. You won’t regret your stay at this well appointed property!!! Venice Villa

This is an absolutely stunning home in an area that is central to many beautiful beaches in the area. The pool is an added bonus. The property is well maintained and the owner is very helpful and quick to address any issues you may have. We had a minor issue with the hot water tank (which looked like a brand new tank) during our stay, I contacted the owner late in the evening and he had a plumber there the next morning to fix the problem. We all enjoyed our stay very much and will hopefully be able to return next year.

First visit to the South Venice Florida Area

My husband and I were looking for a place to have a spring vacation and my father in law had said many years ago that he really liked Venice. We were so lucky to find this listing! The house and pool is amazing! It's in a quiet area but everything was easy to get to and explore. And we left the WNY area with the 100% eclipse totality and, due to the cloudiness at home we were able to see more of the eclipse from the pool:) Randy was an awesome host and responded quickly with answers to our questions. I would recommend this listing to anyone:)

Enjoyed the Villa

We had a few issues upon check-in, however all were sufficiently addressed by Randy, the owner. Communication was excellent with him. The heated pool temperature was a bit on the cool side for March weather, the pool heater is set at 80, but the actual water seemed cooler. Property was clean but the plumbing fixtures could use some updating. There is a very nice grill that we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time and did enjoy the villa.

Friends vacation

We loved the house and pool! We had 5 adults. Rooms were all nice sizes. A nice large dining table. When we arrived all bathroom sliding doors were broken. Unfortunately didn’t provide enough privacy. Owner promised to have them repaired! We left after a week and no repairman! Otherwise it would have been 5*

Unfortunately, I could not get a handyman to replace the rollers on the two pocket doors during her stay. They are fixed now.

Nice neighborhood.

This is a nice place. Alot of amenities. They had everything stocked in the house that we would need from kitchen to towels to beach stuff. We cooked several times and we had everything we needed to do so. They say heated pool but the heater was off and 2 days out of the 7 it was cool because there was no sun. But I bet if you ask they would turn it on. But otherwise it was good. Only thing is the cleaners are not the best. They are spot cleaners is what I would say. It's not dirty but it could be cleaner. I would stay here again. The manager gets back to you very fast. Otherwise great house

We obtained details from the guests about the missed cleaning items which we will correct. The pool heater works properly but guests should know that its set on a timer for 9am to 9pm. As with any issue that arises, we encourage guests to contact us immediately upon their arrival if there are any questions or concerns about the property so that we can address them quickly.. .

Great location great family spot.

Pool was great. The location was very good. All the amenities were very helpful. Having the chairs for beach were great. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who wants a house but still wants the beach time too.

Wonderful home & vacation!

Such a great home & vacation! The owner was easy to communicate with & responded quickly. Home was beautiful & had many amenities for us on arrival. Kids loved the pool! House was clean & in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood not far from the beach. Highly recommended if you want a quiet vacation spot to relax.

Wonderful experience!

We loved every minute of our stay at the Venice Villa. Everything was of the highest quality. The pool is surrounded by lush landscaping making it very private. We loved sitting in the two Adirondack chairs by the front door for morning coffee. Took trips to Siesta Key, Venice, Naples and Fort Meyers. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book it again.

Great Memories

Coming from the frozen Northeast, this was the first time we rented a Florida house for an entire month. My mother was the primary guest and she had each of her children visit at various times. The upstairs bedroom, sleeping loft and 2nd bath was perfectly comfortable for accommodating them. You couldn’t even hear the others from the primary bedroom and bath on the main level. The house was great for entertaining with the spacious rooms and dramatic feel. We especially liked the palm tree dining table. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, around the pool area, and sunbathing on the chaise lounges. We liked strolling around the neighborhood and everybody we met were nice and helpful. We especially liked the nearby quaint beaches. Unlike the super-popular Siesta Key and Ft. Myers beaches, there was little traffic getting there, no crowds, and we always found parking. Our favorite was Service Club Park, not a glamorous name, but had everything you need at a beach – showers, bathrooms, and little cabanas with picnic tables. Sometimes we would walk to the end of fishing pier to take in the views and then grab a bite and drink at Sharky’s. A little farther down was Casperson Beach where our favorite pastime was combing the sand for fossilized shark teeth. Randy was a gracious host and answered our questions fully and promptly. All in all, we had a great time and have wonderful memories.
