Beautiful 2-room apartment in a small condominium. Air-conditioned and renovated, located on the 3rd floor out of 4 in a residence with garden and large swimming pool. South facing with terrace and sea view and Lérins Islands. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer as well as all the necessary household appliances. Bedroom with 140x200 cm bed. Possibility of equipment for baby comfort (on request) Living room with 140 cm sofa bed. Spacious walk-in shower. Separate WC. Internet and wifi available. Private parking in closed residence (Closed box possible in the basement for bikers). Located 5 minutes by car from the beaches plus 3 buses including one free to the beaches and the heart of town.

Everything great

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Nothing to miss. Very nice renter -she welcomed us in person and showed everything. That’s very helpful. And she also answered all our questions later on. The apartment is really nice and cozy - as shown on the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super vriendelijk persoonlijk inchecken en alles was schoon, fijn appartement met vaatwasser en wasmachine, zwembad, airco en hele grote televisie. Alleen de lift is klein maar doet het wel prima, al loop ik persoonlijk liever 3 trappen die heel goed te doen zijn. Antibes is prachtige plaats maar ook Cannes en Monaco aanrader.

Appartement cosy et super bien équipé. Il y a tout machine à laver, lave vaisselle, jusqu'au livres de cuisine, ou de randonnée. Je ne vous parle pas de la vue sur mer et piscine de l'immeuble, ni de la place de parking dans la résidence. La supérette juste en face, les axes autoroutiers, le centre ville, tout est à proximité. Pour ne rien gâcher, Murielle est adorable, et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.
